I just don't get it. Why do they put tags where they will mar the surface of the item? It could easily have been placed on the back. Why do they almost always cover up the maker's mark? It this a conspiracy? (LOL)
I think they just don't care. They will very often also put the sticker over damage and I don't find out that the item is chipped or cracked or something until I get home. Very annoying.
