Wild Goose Chase 2 - Catch and Cook - Duck Hunting

I continued my battle of wits with the geese on the coast. Now we have pinkfeet geese as well as the local greylags. The pinkfeet have arrived from Iceland and Greenland in the last few days. It's the ultimate challenge for me trying to get under the flight line on a coastal strip miles wide. That is the major challenge of this season......All the goose meat we harvest will be saved and at the end of the season I will make some Cumberland sausage - the most famous food of the area.
