+Zachybear chrissy I have not played Tomb Raider on the GC, but I have played them on the PS2 and I loved them. (Underworld was just OK) I'll keep an eye out for Bloodrayne. Thanks for watching!
awesome collection. Baten Kaitos Origins, Mortal Kombat Dedaly Alliance, Mortal Kombat Deception, Bloodrayne, Resident Evil Remake, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3, Prince of Persia The Forgotten Sands, Warrior Within, The Two Thrones, Eternal Darkness and Metal Gear Solid The Twin Snakes are among my favourite gamecube games.
+Simon Suiker I'm looking for a copy of eternal darkness and Metal Gear Solid. People love the Resident Evil series, I guess it never really took with me
Thanks man. I love collecting for the GC so it's really a work in progress. I plan on doing an update video as I picked up a lot of great titles after this video was created
Love that gba player. Fun fact is that all controller ports are considered the main controller. that actually turns mario and luigi into a two player game. try it!
+The Itch Network That's very cool! LOL. I love and hate doing collection videos. I know that when I finished it I would find some GameCube games and I did. Stay tuned for future pick up vide I guess. HEHEHE. The GB player is the best it has opened up a new library of games that I missed and wouldn't now try to play on a handheld console. Plus you can use the D-PAD or the sticks as needed.
Thanks for watching. I wish I would have shot this video a little later. Right after I posted this video I snagged some really nice GameCube games that I would have liked in this video. I plan on doing an update video at the end of summer.
Awesome GC collection Chris! Leaf and I are still hunting for the Gameboy Player disc to go with the Player that we found at a garage sale. As far as favorite games for the system...Anything with Mario in it or the Resident Evil games.
+jeffmacknz Thanks man. I love finding GC games, too bad they are hard to find in the wild. I haven't found any good PS1 games in a while.......We all can't find Lunar. lol
nice collection, your channel really is great, and it was stupid of me putting down every little thing at first, I looked around your channel and it was really good, keep up the good work, this is one of my new favorite channels!
I'm also an old man...and back in our day all we had was two Zelda games and I wasn't smart enough to figure out where to go in the first Zelda Game ;)

Your intro reminds me of the 4 Horsemen entrance in WCW woooooo lol. GameCube is probably the hardest to find out of everything in my area for some reason. I have a total of 16 games for it lol, I haven't even found a reasonably priced GameCube in the wild here when I see them at sales they want $100 for them lol lucky for me my Wii is backwards compatible. I think I only knew 1 guy in college who owned a GameCube and all I remember him playing was Luigi's Mansion, Def Jam, and Madden. I'd say the best game I own for it is Resident Evil Nemesis......Lemony Snickets is a close 2nd though
+Bayou Boy Entertainment LOL. I thought it sounded like the 4 horsemen entrance as well. More of the Dean Maleknko era. $100 for a GameCube is a little high..hahaha. When I resell them I get $30

+Matt and Jaelon thanks, It's a work in progress as I've only been collection for GC for bout 2 years or so and I'm not really a hard corps collector. The GBA player is great. I'm old and can't focus on handheld screens for long periods of time, so having the ability to play on the TV is great
Favorite GameCube game? I almost want to give it to Sonic Adventure 2, but I find that Melee has the most nostalgic value. I've spent so much time, and still do, playing Smash with friends on the GameCube.
+VintageSpaceRay I'm not a huge Smash Bros fan, But I really like Sonic adventure 2. I just wish there were more Sonic levels and less knuckles levels! LOL
I was a ps2 kid. when everyone else had there xbox 360s and their wiis and ps3s, i was still gaming on my ps2 and original nintendo. doesnt japan get all the cool console colors? lol so jealous
@@CMRetroGaming I would travel back in time to Pre order the Wii U like Everybody else on release day and launch Day making an unboxing and then choose a game to Make a Playthrough On and Start a Wii U Game Collection.
i never owned a gamecube but i did just bought a wii and there are a few gamecube games that i want to owned like sonic adventure dx shadow the heghog leglend of zelda wind braker
I've heard there are some interesting things that you can do to change the start up screen music and sounds. I think one was to plug in 4 controllers and hold down on the "A" button and you can hear a baby laughing or something like that...LOL! Silly Nintendo.
The GameCube modem adapter is something that you should get before they disappear. They are averaging around 40.00 CAD. But cheaper then the GB player which is around 70/80 CAD lol. Yeah GameCube is getting expensive. Great collection... better then mine... even though I've owned a GameCube for a long time I still have a ton of games I'm looking around for.
+Chris Miller It works with Phantasy star online. You can connect to servers and play online. It works for me. L33tserv and Sylverant are 2 open servers.
Amazing collection! I used to have a Gamecube at the end of it's retail life back in the day and I really liked it! The only thing is that I didn't have a lot of games for it... I bought a GC model 1 with the GB Player and disc a couple of months ago and I don't regret it! I really like Baten Kaitos game! I've never played any Mario sports games... do they have the same feel as old Nintendo sports games? Great video and keep up the good work!
+Roaming Dan I love my Gameboy adaptor. The Mario sports games are more arcade like. They don't really take themselves serious and are great to play with friends.
I'm going for a complete cube collection. I'm at around 210 now. Luigi's Mansion is still my all-time favorite game. Dark Moon for the 3ds is a great sequel. You need to play Luigi's Mansion. You can make video thanking me later....
+Dakotah Meyer The 6th generation was awesome, the original Xbox, PS2, the SEGA Dreamcast and the GameCube. You had 4 game companies all creating awesome games and trying to out do each other......Good times! I also love my N64
Other than the classics like Mario and Zelda, I recommend Samurai Jack (very underrated game with a fun combat system and one of the best camera systems of the 6th generation) the Star Fox games are fun, Sonic adventure battle 2. I would really pick up any GameCube game I found at a garage sale, even sports games that are $1-$2. Keep an eye out for Madden 2008 and NCAA college Basketball 2K3 those are the more valuable sorts games for the system.....best of luck with your sales this weekend
+Sebas VaRe Thanks man. I picked up a ton of games since I filmed this collection video. I plan on doing a collection update video towards the end of the year
+Lisa Warner Thanks, It's a work in progress. I do wish I would have started collecting for the Gamecube much, much earlier when the games were cheaper.
chriss miller. i suggest an dragoncube memory card with 64 mb. it has around 1000 blocks. it also was cheap for me €7,50 so it must be around $10 in the usa. it isnt ofcourse the orignal memory card but it works great. (not that great on wii , but perfectly on gamecube)
+faith of Blood cool, I'll check in to that. I did find a 251 block memory card at a thrift store a while back. I still haven't used it. LOL, thanks for watching
+Chris Miller no thank you for the video, im collection again after losing my whole collection and this video helped alot. also the first controller wich you showed is the first controller i bought so i was suprise. also good video !
I can tell you since I grew up as a child with the only system I had to play on being a gamecube, I was fascinated by the artwork/information contained in the game manuals and most the time when I got a new game I'd read that manual throughout the whole car ride back and it'd end up getting lost somewhere/ripped apart at a later time back home. They definitely don't make them like they used to, all you will find these days are legal warnings etc. edit: good video and great collection you've got there, I've got a friend with this really rare legend of zelda twilight princess gamecube with the gameboy player and most the games you got and he won't part with that thing or the games for a million bucks
Great video, man, very well done..Enjoyed it alot.. So much i am thinking of collecting Gamecube games now!!. I do alot of thrifting, about a month ago i ran across a gameboy player (disc only). $3.00 bucks in litlle plastic case with the booklet...Thats why you go through the random discs section!! Just sayin". Anyway, curious how many games were made for the Gamecube,,US release??
Thanks. I think the number of GC games in North America is a round 552. This wouldn't include games with bonus disc's like Mario Kart Double dash as it is exactly the same game just re-released with the bonus disc.Nor double packs of already released games, for example the Metroid Prime/Prime 2 echoes as they were released as stand alone games. Nor should this count the preview disc's) Hope that helps, nice find on the Gameboy player disc!
+Pure Gold It's called Demise and it was produced by Ethan Meixsell. You can find it on the TH-cam Creator Studio. I love it, it reminds me of a mid-90 wrestling entrance theme song. Like Dean Malenko or the four horsemen or something. Thanks for watching.
+Anthony sill It's funny because about a day after I shot this video I picked up a nice lot of GC games and found some games in the wild. I thought abut re-shooting, but decided that I was too lazy for that...LOL. If you have trade bait-I'm always interested.......No Barbie games-----I have them all...LOL
Damn man, that's sucks that your other games are gone. The Naruto games are not bad, so at least you have a god game to play. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the channel!
everyone nowadays is better off buying a Nintendo Wii that is GameCube backwards compatible because the wii for some reason reads GameCube disc so much better then a actual GameCube because GameCube optical lens can get overly sensitive overtime amd causes disc read errors
+Jagger Mabry That's interesting. I've had a few Wii's go bad on me, but I haven't yet had a GameCube go bad. I will say that the GC disc's are a little to sensitive though. thanks for watching.
+Chris Miller yeah GameCube disc in general are way to sensitive as well as the lens are over sensitive they wii certainly read GameCube disc better doh
Great gamecube collection, My favorite games are : Animal Crossing Intellivision Lives Midway's Arcade Treasures 2 Namco Museum Sonic Mega Collections The Legend Of Zelda Collector's Edition I still have that Rayman Arena Manual, do you still need it, let me know
+TrueJediJSH I do like the collection games. Although I never play all of the games on the collection disc, just the three or four that I wanted to play when I bought it. I do still need the Rayman manual, but I think it would cost more to ship it then what the manual is worth and I don't want to put you out. Thank you though.
They are getting expensive. I my area they are usually around the $50-$55 mark. I love my though, I don't play a lot of hand held consoles because they are just to small for me, but with the GBA player I can play them on the TV with the GameCube controller. Which is nice.
+BBK SMASHER! Yeah, the Spiderman games weren't that bad on the GC. Even though they were a little "campy" I thought they were good. thanks for watching!
Hey Chris, love the videos. Brings back tons of memories haha. I've noticed you have a lot of games that you want complete. I'm not sure if you've heard of this site but lukeigames.com is a fantastic site for finding complete games. They offer really reasonable and affordable prices for a lot of great games and they have the option to buy the game only or buy them complete. Hope this helps!
Justin, I have heard of Lukeigames. A while back I ordered some NES manuals from them to complete a few games. I couldn't have been happier with the service that I got from them. I actually emailed them to thank them. I think they are in Florida?
I believe so. Their service is excellent. I live in Canada and i've ordered from them on many occasions and I received the games very quickly which is awesome. Great site for collectors!
+MarioStar621 LOL, Its one of those games that's still on the list. Along with Kirby's air ride. I just never see them and when I do........WOW.....The prices are HIGH! LOL. Thanks for watching
I would recommend tomb raider legend and blood rayne 👌🏽 two of my favorite games on GameCube

+Simon Suiker I'm looking for a copy of eternal darkness and Metal Gear Solid. People love the Resident Evil series, I guess it never really took with me
your collection is so amazing I cant wait until my collection becomes that big. I just wished that they continued on the GameCube rather than the Wii.
Thanks man. I love collecting for the GC so it's really a work in progress. I plan on doing an update video as I picked up a lot of great titles after this video was created

The awesome thing about mutant nightmare 3 is it's the arcade port of turtles in time!
+Retro Survival For sure, I thought that was pretty cool
Stinks that it does not include the arcade intro!!!!
Very nice collection bro. You have added a lot in the past year. Gamecube and Ps1 is prob the funnest games for me to find in the wild.

This was published on my 9th b-day
+Awesomeman143 LOL, nice! Are you a fan of the GameCube?
Very nice video. Love the insights and appreciate some funny jokes here and there... “I wasted a dollar” lmao.
you have a lot of games nice
+Tyler Hale Thanks man. I actually picked up a lot of games after this video was posted, so I plan on doing an update video later in the year.
ok cool
Most manuals end up getting shredded to bits because most of these games are pre-owned by people who were kids 10 years ago
+Blake Benson I'm glad they didn't shred the cases! :)
I really want a gamecube
Ssbm are my favorite
+Erling Stensen Smash bros Melee is cool, I'm just not very good at it! LOL. thanks for watching.
My favorite is Mario Kart Double Dash
552,, Thanks, look forward to watching more of your vids..,i will subscribe..
I have a huge SNES collection happy to say I own turtles in time :)
Although it is kinda overrated.
Turtles in time is cool, I final got a copy a few months ago. (I don't play it that much)
Brandon Valdivieso i mean its not really that rare lol. i think idk tho i like the arcade release better
Gamecube games are a lot of money

Have you played the ps2 version of soul calibur 2
I have wave race blue storm manual jajaja but no disc :(
LOL, together we might have a complete copy, thanks for watching
what song was at the beginning
+Pure Gold It's called Demise and it was produced by Ethan Meixsell. You can find it on the TH-cam Creator Studio. I love it, it reminds me of a mid-90 wrestling entrance theme song. Like Dean Malenko or the four horsemen or something. Thanks for watching.
hey Chris awesome collection I see a few games your missing that I have doubles of I will send you a message and get them out to you
+Anthony sill It's funny because about a day after I shot this video I picked up a nice lot of GC games and found some games in the wild. I thought abut re-shooting, but decided that I was too lazy for that...LOL. If you have trade bait-I'm always interested.......No Barbie games-----I have them all...LOL
+Chris Miller lol no problem I will be in touch with you
+Anthony sill I do love to trade. It drives the prices of games down...LOL if you watch the Pat the NES Punks CU Podcast...

Clash of ninja is the only game I have for the GameCube now, all my old gamecube games are either lost or destroyed beyond repair

SAME
I don’t have that spongebob game but I have spongebob lights camera pants

everyone nowadays is better off buying a Nintendo Wii that is GameCube backwards compatible because the wii for some reason reads GameCube disc so much better then a actual GameCube because GameCube optical lens can get overly sensitive overtime amd causes disc read errors
GCs are still cheap, but its just the games(especially first party titles) that are getting expensive.
Yup, if you want 1st party games your going to have to pay the "Mario Tax." LOL
Chris Miller yes lol, there is always obstacles when buying old Nintendo stuff.
GIVE.ME.IT.ALL.

I still have that Rayman Arena Manual, do you still need it, let me know
+TrueJediJSH I do like the collection games. Although I never play all of the games on the collection disc, just the three or four that I wanted to play when I bought it. I do still need the Rayman manual, but I think it would cost more to ship it then what the manual is worth and I don't want to put you out. Thank you though.
+Chris Miller pm your address and I will send it you.

Chris Miller
im a gamecube collector myself ive always wanted on but they are to much in my opinion.
They are getting expensive. I my area they are usually around the $50-$55 mark. I love my though, I don't play a lot of hand held consoles because they are just to small for me, but with the GBA player I can play them on the TV with the GameCube controller. Which is nice.
+Chris Miller I never see them in stores only online which is like 80
