One of my all time favorites mid season upgrade for a Gundam. By far still the most unique shield that is balance in terms of fire power, defense and mobility. Great review 👍
I don't think there has been anything similar to the Divider shield ever since, especially when that thing is technically a pile of spare parts welded together
@@mj2005gundamI especially like how they showed the spare parts before they made the finished product. Makes the scrappy post apocalyptic vibe X has feel more believable. It also makes the loadout change feel more natural instead of feeling shoehorned in for new toy gimmicks
This kit is one of my must-have gunpla of all time, sadly nobody sells these locally where I'm from anymore. I found one at a mall back in 2020 but didn't have cash at the time but decided I'll go back for it in the weekend, but then lockdowns started a couple of days after that. I like this more than Gundam X since the harmonica beam can be used as flight booster and inclusion of bazooka make it more menacing in battlefield (or in this case is in the shelf)
I kit bashed this with parts from the Gundam X Maoh and I managed to restore its Satellite Cannon while keeping the back pack for the Divider Shield. It just holds the satellite cannon like a Ghostbusters proton pack now.
I haven’t seen this kit or Gundam X in my area this year at all. When I went out of state for my father’s funeral I found the Gundam X at a local hobby shop near my sister’s apartment. I bought the Gundam X Divider last year and I haven’t seen either ever since. I want to find the Gundam Airmaster and the Gundam Airmaster Burst HG 1/144 kits to complete my current Gundam X collection.
I'm 42 years old and i like Gundam robots . I have built to this day more than 30 kits . I would like to learn how to paint using gundam markers 😅 . Btw nice channel
Thank you for popping by. For painting with markers, don't go scribbling on the part like kids would with drawings. Rather, try to minimize the number of strokes you use to get a smooth finish. If one layer isn't enough, go for a second one, until you're satisfied

Bandai already made an HGAW Airmaster and Airmaster Burst, but they still haven't devoted any attention to the Leopard and any others from the Gundam X series, save for the Daughtress because Build Divers

Each of the forms of the X have their own selling points, so there's not a single form I'd recommend over the other, apart from the DX because further engineering if you want to put it that way. However, generally I'd say go with your gut, either go single or double cannon, or ditch that and go for the Divider
I think Bandai are completely done with Gundam Breaker Mobile as a whole. They're seldom releasing new units into the game, while we didn't get an upgrade for the Helios last year during their anniversary.
I've always thought this version of the GX still looks more badass than the regular GX. Also I wonder why still no MG GX Divider, not even as a conversion kit over at P-Bandai..... 😕
I personally like the standard GX better, but that's just me However, I cannot deny that Bandai is just deliberately neglecting this series as if it doesn't exist. We are still due Leopard variants, and I cannot emphasize enough on how much people would appreciate updated versions of the Frost Brothers' MSs

I'm pretty sure the Harmonica is disabled when in flight mode. Even then though, the Divider would move too fast for enemies to even hold it.

I have both, and they definitely differ enough between each other to not feel repetitive
