This was a playoff atmosphere... All along you could feel the intensity of the game. The fact that the Cavs won despite DM not being effective tells that the Cavs are for real..
luv how these teams move the ball, make quick decisions, look for the better shot, play help defense, stay disciplined when defending, attack the basket, know their roles and play with clear objective in mind. if you've ever wondered why some players only thrive on losing teams and some organizations rarely play deep into the playoffs, it's nicely spelled out for us when watching this game's highlights. some players usually the very skilled, highly coveted, talented ones play for an ego high. and too many organizations are suckers for that type of player. and. too many organizations dont know how to determine what the characteristics of a quality gm should look like. and from that flawed beginning we end up with poor coaching staffs, mismatched players, unclear objectives, bad contracts, lack of accountability, random basketball and a string of losing seasons. the spurs are a great historical example. they did not always get this right. they tried the shortcut method after landing david robinson by adding rodman. it was a mess. cuz you dont build with a player like bulls rodman (pistons rodman, yes). if your culture is strong (jordan, jackson) and you've already won (like the bulls had) then you can add bulls rodman. popovich and the spurs rfd that all up. but. they learned shipped him out and got back to what popovich already knew. read that spurs history starting from rodman on. you'll see how they got away from what they needed to keep the focus on but recovered. strangely, this could happen again if the current decisionmakers are not paying attention to the details of the step by step process needed to build up into winning. cavs hired gansey who brought in atkinson. altman was a pretty good hire but gansey was the key bcuz getting the hc gig right is critical. if you look at altman's resume he sorta did things the risk averse (shortcut) way. his early moves were meh. but he drafts well. and he hires well. and bottom line - president of basketball operations, gm and hc must hav a common big picture and philosophy in mind. and the cavs and okc do. having a squad full of nba-talent players is woefully not enough. that's minimum shi.

You can tell OKC was greatly missing Chet. I think itd be a more even match up once hes back. Definitely wouldnt be bullying the paint on them as much with Chet back
My thoughts exactly. I think it was Shaq or Barkley that said your chances increase to make the shot the closer you get to the rim. Plus it's great to watch!
Going up for a shot when your defender has his hand in the cookie jar is smart it’s not flopping and he gets hacked a lot more then you think he leads the league in drives to the rim ofc he’s gonna get fouled there is plenty of instances each game he gets fouled and they don’t call it
@ he jumps forward into defenders when he takes mid range jumpers. & once the opponent plays its safe he starts smacking wide open jumpers 💯 I respect it I guess
@@KnowThyHealth-r6u he does that 1-2 a game most of his buckets are smothered all his side steps, step backs, post ups, scoop lays, euros, tween pull ups, etc
If this is what the next generation looks like then im all for it
Game of the year so far . would love a Finals with these 2 teams !
I love the Cavs modern old school game

It really shows how well rounded the team is. They don’t need Mitchell dropping 30 to win.
Meanwhile OKC didn't even played Chet nor Caruso
man mobley's improvement
Thank you! Youre a hero today!
Go Cavs!
Well edited game clip, good job!!
Thank God for a quality game at last!!!!!!
What a game!!! The league is in good hands going forward go cavs can't wait for the rematch
102 - 103 in Q3... awesome 🎉🎉

The fans in attendance got a real treat tonight
Hopefully Chet will come back sometime, so we can have a good competitive finals maybe! If these two team meet again!
Lebroom after watching this game: I think it's time to check for a Nursing Home.

Is this what you gotta title game highlights now so they don’t get taken down or removed
I hate it. Can't even have highlights anymore
Crazy I’m from the uk as well so I can only really watch the highlights
They finally posted the official highlights
You’re the only page that has the full game highlights…I guess I gotta rely on you, not the NBA..smh
I believe it's cause of the raging fires leave them be for now

These two teams were only good in the semi-final, but when the final arrived, they were already defeated.
Nice gamee
Generation players now are extremely good
wait for chet Holgren
Its time old players need to retire and let this young player take over their very good and fast , tall , athelitic , good shooter.
Both team above 100 in the end of third Q is actually creeaazzyy ...was it an all star game or something😂
6:58 song name?
Wait for Chet
Cleveland is for real
If Lebron was in Cleveland and KD in OKC, who would win in a 7 game series?
I'm not sure if these two teams they called heavyweight will reach the finals..😂😂😅
Miami should of kept Sctruss
Refs missed so many obviousl calls they should be fined
OKC need Holmgren if they want to win the Championship
GREAT GAME= DIDNT SHOOT 1000 3'S.

Best teams???? This wasn’t the Nuggets vs Celtics game
How did this guy move like this 9:00 😲
That was crazy
That's a travel any day of the week. His pivot foot is his right and then he switches it to his left foot.

going for a jumper and making contact is not
a flop
Best teams in regular season but playoffs not proven nor tested
