I think genetics play a big role in low bodyfat. I was always skinny with low bodyfat, even with 6 months of high calorie diet i only gained 5-6 KG. My friends were telling me i was just not eating enough and when i showed them what i was eating they were shocked.
Strength training and boxing will tone you out then After that choice is up to you depending on what you’re tryna pursue. Do something remember everything is a start!!!

Nathan Shaw it’s cause he’s on the keto diet. Basically how it works is instead of using carbs for energy you completely eliminate carbs from your diet and replace those carbs with fat. This puts you in ketosis which means your body will start using fat as it’s source of energy. This is why people are able to loose a ton of weight because their energy comes from their burning fat as opposed to the carbs. vegetables have some carbs but not really enough to put you out of ketosis as long as your not gorging your self on potatoes or squash. There isn’t much of a reason for him not to eat vegetables like broccoli or asparagus.

Funny Tom this diet is good but if you’ve been eating carbs all of your life it’s not worth it to suddenly cut them off. It depends how much do you weight and what is your goal. It is possible to be in caloric deficit but then you gotta train obviously in order to make muscle grow but if you’re lean you can decide to start lean bulking without adding unnecessary amount of fat to your body. Everything depends on your goals but remember - you have to manage your calories, don’t just watch diet because everybody has different bodies and needs

Mostly sweets are full of empty calories because when you eat a doughnut you’ll be feeling full for 10-20 min but it is full of sugar and there are no macronutrients as carbs or fats that would generate energy and store healthy fat in your body system

Hey everyone do hard seltzers have hidden sugars? Can you drink them on Keto? Asking for a friend.
Read the ingredients. If you cant find them, look harder, most people don't.
That’s how I’ve been eating and it works for me. A carb refers day is ok once a week on this type of diet.
