wow i felt so safe after they called oj out and threatened me with a knife this is a very safe posdcast i am so happy i listened. (turns away from the camera) ok eddy was that good? please dont hurt me
I like watching two people having a conversation. Makes me feel I'm a part of a conversation, something that I have not been in for the past 3 months- as I have fully concealed myself in a a pod with nothing but a "food/water" dispenser and an iPad Pro (tm) as part of an Apple promotional video.
Bro, Eddie, Rock Band 3 was the shit. Literally the peak of the series. Rock Band 4 tanked but Rock Band 3 was genuinely what you would've been looking for.
fun fact one of my professors testified on the oj trial and i love her so much but classes aren't in session and i'm kinda pissed, i really wanted to be the one to show her that twitter video
I watch these podcasts as I drift into sleep; I also tend to leave the “auto play” feature on. Tonight I fell asleep about 45 minutes into the first one I watched. Then all of a sudden I’m woken up to a “BAAAAA BA-DUM BA BA-BA-BA BA-BAAAAAAAA.” And I loved it.
no joke, this podcast was very entertaining. you guys gave me the inspiration to try making my own podcast with my boyfriend, but he doesnt want to. guess ill just talk to myself then
It's always funny listening to Eddy talk about his area, being the same age and from the same area. I remember the second day of fifth grade (my second day at a new school) being totally sure I was gonna die from this tornado that was supposed to be hitting.
I'm in the UK. My brother and I were just watching crappy day time TV and it want to live shots of the towers a few minutes after the first plane hit, we watched live on BBC as the second plane hit, and the towers fell. I was 19. It was awful knowing just how many people were dying as we watched. I am really hoping that congress vote to give survivors, first responders and the people who worked to clear up ground zero the unlimited healthcare that they so desperately need, and deserve. Great podcast guys. I used to have a jacket like the one Eddie is wearing. It is glorious.
I have to say, this was your best podcast yet. You guys keep it up and you will see great success. I watched a ton of popular comedy podcast done by stand-up comedians and even still you guys have to be on my top three.
Not even 10 minutes in and Gus is threatening Eddy with a knife. Don't do it Gus, have you seen Eddy's knees? You don't want to get a roundhouse kick to the face while looking at those bad boys.
Excellent editing by Tony once again. I actually didn't notice the "predator" ninja edit until they started discussing it. A+ quality work there Tone Tone. Gus and Eddy were a C- like usual, but hey, everyone knows they are auxillary, we all come to this podcast for them sweet, succulent edits.
I was also 5 during 9/11 and I have super distinct memories of school kind of just stopping. They herded my class into the adjacent classroom with a class of 2nd graders and another class and rolled a television in to put on a movie while the teachers listened to the news together. My mom picked me up early but I’m pretty sure they ended the day anyway. By time I got home, there were already footage replays on the news
The town you mentioned that rebuilt with a movie theater and dairy queen after the tornado sounded familiar. Turned out it's right by my parent's cabin . I remember going up there right after that storm and there were trees down everywhere. it was crazy how many houses and acres of forest were just completely fwik'd up .
just to prove I'm a real fan, I play the podcast on my computer, mute it, then close my eyes for the entire hour and ten minutes. its actually very relaxing
It's crazy how you guys talked about 9/11, it seems it keep showing up for me as I've been falling down the rabbit hole myself lately. I was born the year after and watching documentaries and stuff I never realized how planned, how fucking horrendous it truly was in retrospect. I plan to visit the memorial soon. It's always been strange to me that something so close to me, never affected me personally. Those were towers I never knew, but I wish I had.
wow this really is the best one
Wow it really is!
Gus Johnson how can you even tell, it’s only been up for a minute
Gus Johnson are you really Norwegisch?
I agree Gus
Its buttfucked at best
wow this might be your guys’ best episode!
Eddy Burback, where did you get that PlayStation shirt? I just got a PS4, Spider-Man, and God of War!

Thanks we put a lot of effort into it this week :)
Wow.
Can’t believe you let Gus die you were supposed to feed him

In the stu
Super excited for the new music video Jakey! Keep up the good work! :)
Onay
Wow.
Hey O.J
As a true fan, I watch the video on mute so there's no way to consider me an audio listener.
M P H that’s good but are you a single mother from Ohio? Cause if so, you ain’t a true fan boooiiii
@@user-xj2sm3xd5l :( If I give the kid up for adoption and move elsewhere, can I be a true fan?
M P H honestly you’d have to ask Gud and Eggy, I’m not the boss around here
Sorry but you're only a true fan if you've never listened to audio ever. Deaf babies reprreeezzent!
mellow mike What did you say I can’t hear you

You are always welcome back to the show! Thanks for coming!
Congrats on the movie
Gus's hometown having 5 bars in the small stretch of downtown is the most accurate depiction of ever town in Wisconsin.
guys in wisco free for the next 30 years wanna meet in a bar? Just barhop until we see each other other?
@Gabe Horn Some would say it has ever bar scene
from wisconsin, can confirm, grew up walking distance to four bars myself. am also fat so i can't walk very far.

Your podcast is like a low interest mortgage on waterfront property, it's really good!
Whats wrong with waterfront property
general Fatboi there’s nothing wrong with it, that’s the point
Your jokes are like sex even when they're bad they're still pretty good

Cummy Nutron is both the best and worst thing I've ever heard.
Porn parody
One time my teacher heard me call jimmy neutron hot during class
wow i felt so safe after they called oj out and threatened me with a knife this is a very safe posdcast i am so happy i listened. (turns away from the camera) ok eddy was that good? please dont hurt me
this was my favorite 41 second podcast!
Burst out laughing when Gus said, "Venmo doesn't let me go under a dollar so now you owe me 50 cents."
If you guys ever change the intro of the podcast, it'll be a national tradgedy.
MrBrafgh a NATIONAL tragedy
Maddie Dolan Yeah, you’re right... a World-Wide Catastrophe
So uhh...
@@phoenix5948 do you wanna tell him?
u should wear the jackets on future eps!! they match the podcast energy idk
I genuinely appreciate so much that they said everyone is supported on this podcast no matter their identity. Made me super happy!!
"I feel like I'm getting tanner"
*cuts to Eddy who's still just as pale as ever*
Dear Euclid & Geometry,
This episode is a spicy meatball.
Very best,

Gus: I grew up in a small town of 1,000 people.
Remember when Gus needed a calculator to divide by a million
two grown men bragging about how they could beat up jimmy neutron
wow this is not only the best episode of this podcast but of any podcast ever
Remember that video "your friend who always has a knife"? That's literally Gus in this video.
Sir Render he’s become the embodiment of that video
Also literally him in the other video. Dumb joke. Sorry.
@@tomadamo3226 Thanks for your input.
@@tomadamo3226 Yeah thanks Tom "I'm annoyed I didn't come up with this joke" Adamo
The Gus and Eddy podcast intro is like the office intro you never get tired of it
Woahhh Tony I'm like a minute in and you're already KILLING IT with the editing! Wow!
This was a good episode but you only spoke for about 10 seconds. Please make the podcast longer.
I disagree, I think it should be a Shorter podcast, I’m thinking 5-7 seconds.
almost forgot it’s monday. thank you gub and ebby 😘
I really wanted Tony to roll the end credits again at 27:45 and then cut back to the show abruptly
Yeah what a fucking disappointment Tony how could you miss this shit they should fire you Tony you don't even deserve to exist
@@toad3222 so much for this being the best episode of the podcast smh my head
me too man
@@TheGreatPurpleFerret i really am smhing my head
honestly this podcast is one of the only things that really makes me smile and laugh rn thank you guys
That jacket makes Gus look like he's part of the Australian Olympics team
honestly guys, and I'm just spitballin' here, but I think the more individual instances where you mention Walter Cronkite the better the episode
Sydney Shepard I’ve been looking desperately trying to find the one with fwick we bombed Kuwait. Is this the one
gus and eddy need to go read the poop knife thread on reddit lmao
swannie bear thinking the same thing
I thought that’s what they were referencing lol

this is the best episode of the podcast because its just my two yummy baby bois having a nice conversation
This is the best episode because that’s not eddy, it’s Tony. He used his identical twin powers to do a near perfect eddy impersonation
They aren't identical twins tho
fun fact one of my professors testified on the oj trial and i love her so much but classes aren't in session and i'm kinda pissed, i really wanted to be the one to show her that twitter video
When Gus said he was 6 when September 11 happened it made me feel old and then I remembered I was only 9 lol
Lol if that makes you feel old I was only a few months old when it happened and now I’m 18
Lol if that makes you feel old I was only not alive when it happened
Fuck off I was in High School. *shakes cane in your general directions*
Lol if that makes you feel old I was only negative 6 when it happened

I think I'll laugh everytime Gus is talkin about the sheen on his elbow and exclaims "ULTRALORD"
I love how Gus is playing with his new knife because that's such a mood and I do that every day

Is it just me or does every single Gus and eddy podcast feel like a fever dream. Ya know?
so glad you finally made a podcast longer than ten seconds!
This sure is the best episode of the push to enter podcast
that ending was great
I need a meme of Gus double fisting pocket knives and Eddy wielding the machete with text that says "Gus and Eddy say GAY RIGHTS".

“Chased in a guy by an alley”
This is my favorite intro ever. Eddy was counting down in his head to say the outro.
