Great card regardless.. but I do like Beckett grading system better then then others. I like how you know right on the slab why that card got that grade. I wish PSA would step up and use the same system. IMO…Perfect grading company, would be PSA allure/value, SGC black background(that makes some cards pop) and Beckett explanation of why you got that grade right on the slab.
@@Junkwaxjunior yea I do love the sub grades that grades each area of the card. I think the biggest flaw with the Beckett slab is the baggie. I have a 9.5 Beckett slab and I think it looks great. I guess it is hit or miss. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@Godlikecollectibles agree on the hit or miss. I feel PSA slabs scratch and haze easier than most. Great video great topics , Subscribing thanks to @LouRokTV
@@DoubleDvintagebaseballcards yea you’re right about that bro. But the card itself is beautiful. I put it back on the display case and it looks pretty awesome.
@@brad8671 thanks Brad, yea looking at it while it’s in my display case it actually doesn’t look that bad. It looks clear from a distance. The card itself is really sharp.

@@RobertCabrera-j1y thanks for the sub and for watching. I appreciate your kind words.
Enjoyed this very much and hearing your thoughts. I also store everything by player and not set and thought I was the only one lol.
@@scootscollectibles storing by player is so convenient for me. Good to know I’m not alone. 😂 thanks for watching
Awesome card, I myself never liked Beckett for slabs, but to each their own, but unless you look at it at that angle you really can’t tell.
@@Easternctsportscards yea I agree with you. Lately I’ve Been preferring SGC especially for vintage cards.
Hi Lou! Love the Topps Traded Rim Raines! I’m not a fan of those slabs with the baggies in them either! Crack it! 🤣
@@PickerJimS believe me I’m thinking about it. I just received my mag pro slabs today. 😂
As a raw collector I’ve got one piece of advice. Get the pliers out. 😄. Seriously though. I think getting your own mag pros is a great way to go.

@@Junkwaxjunior I appreciate it!
Freaking baggies in the slab is the worst thing about beckett. It just takes away from the card itself. Awesome Raines RC though 👊🤙🤙
@@DoubleDvintagebaseballcards yea you’re right about that bro. But the card itself is beautiful. I put it back on the display case and it looks pretty awesome.
I think the Raines looks great. I like the beckett slab, but sometimes that baggie can make it an eye sore from a certain angle.

Sup bro!!! I'm with ya on the BGS slabs. Not a fan. I'd crack that thang.....
@@MrFisherbike 😂 yea I feel you bro! Let’s see what I do.
Yeah. I can see the baggy on screen. I feel ya. What was the app you use?
