- Tonight, I created a 3-D holiday shaker tag! This is a fun tag to display on a gift or you can use it as a holiday ornament. Change up the greetings and this can be a winter birthday tag and so much more!

Cute tag! I made 40+ shaker gift tags this fall for my grandkids Christmas gifts (i have 20 grandkids) and i used this stamp set for a few of them-mostly the animals and snowflakes since i was going for the fun kid look. All tags were in shades of blues, teals, pinks, brighter greens and lighter purples (the more modern and fun for kids colors). Shakers can be pretty involved and of course I always say I'm going to keep it simple but always end up going extra. I've found i can do about 3 tags similar but slightly different before i get bored and have to come up with a new shaker design but it was fun. I know my grandkids are going to want to keep them so i made them extra sturdy so they can also be used as an ornament for Christmases to follow. I love the snow idea but you covered up your snow in the end!

FOAM TAPE TIP: if you remove the protective cover you can easily bend the foam tape around curves.

I didn't catch where you picked up your black MISTI, but caught that Black and Teal were colors you preferred. I stamp with friends, so have bought the Misti 2.0 pink, the black Misti, and Taylored Expressions' Teal Misti. Love all three and when I don't have company crafting, I have a different project with each.

Your tag is both beautiful and fun. If I put that much work into creating a project it better be a card! I’d cry if someone just ripped off my tag and threw it into garbage pile for recycling. LoL 🇨🇦

I usually use enough to cover the focal image.

I'm still giggling about Tom's comment regarding only having one or very few friends since this tag takes so long to make.
No way whatsoever would I ever purchase any MISTY or Sweet Petunia products. I have two other stamping platforms and accessories that work just as well!
