My XP-Pen Deco Pro digital drawing tablet just arrived, before this moment I've done everything in Gimp but with the purchase of this drawing tablet I want to learn how to use Photoshop and how to paint in photoshop. Photoshop is a lot different than gimp and I have to learn the commands and different functions.
Question; when I paste my photo into a new document, as seen in this video at 5:54, my photo is zoomed in, so I guess my measurements aren't correct, where can I view the measurements of my photo?

I've felt that a lot of the tutorials tend to 'assume' a level of competence already exists on various photoshop operations. So, no.., sorry.., that's not always the case for anyone who learns normally by 'doing' and works with guided explanation(s). Sorry, a bit long-winded... but where does it tell you what PS 2019 should look like after installing??? Setting up the preferences...., where's the explanations..., eh?? apparently, multiple settings you can set for this operation, so what is the default set-up??
To follow this tutorial you shall already understand and know the very basis of photo editing of course. Your question also can't have a simple response: it does depend on the final application of your photo/document.

Most probably an older&obsolete software, since your memory is very weak. Try Adobe Flash Professional or 3ds Max (consider a 10+ years old softwsre)

Got mine from ThumperTM. Cool program, but hard to learn. Needing to use it offline doesn't help XD

Depends on your level.. if you are a beginner, 0. If you are advanced there are a few things to recover, so days or weeks.
