- I went to Mountain creek for the day and caught up with my friend Chris. I told him I wanted to ride steep, rock, techy trails.....So, he took me down Twist to the Jack, to Ripper, and then through Lower Ripper. They were so fun and scary at the same time. I even got to meet two local riders Jesse and Victoria, they joined us for all the fun that day too. Its always such a fun time riding bikes with friends I cannot wait to go back!!!

I grew up 45 mins from there, that mountain has a very interesting past - it used to be called action park, there’s even a Johnny Noxville movie about it, I spent a lot of summers and winters on that mountain cool to see it again and looking proper... although it was something to experience back when it was crazy dangerous and run by local stoners

“Rocks on rocks on rocks” that basically explains all of north Jersey riding. With the exception of Sour Lands in central/southern Jersey. Its basically an entire rock.
I just started with biking (XC) and you are one of the reason i push to buy one haha. I always dream of trying to do such DH you are filming!! Hope you could do a detailed bike reveal for the ones you are using hehe

I rode Ripper for the first time in years a couple of weeks ago - its changed a little in 20 years, but not too much. Yay for 29er monster truck wheels. Evil Bob is another fun, rocky trail at Mtn Creek.

@@madmike9270 It eventually shut down, but I can't remember the particulars. I only know about it from the documentary "Class Action Park" that's currently on HBO Max. It's nuts.

Knoxville was inspired to make the film after seeing Matt Robertson's 2013 short documentary The Most Insane Amusement Park Ever, about Action Park, a theme park in New Jersey which was notorious for its poorly designed, unsafe rides, in addition to employing underaged, undertrained and often under-the-influence staff.[3]

Mind sharing your camera setup? It looks like it might be a chest mount since it’s not on your helmet. I tried my chest mount and it was basically pointing down at my feet even angled up as much as possible.
Rotate the gopro upside down. Will fix the angle.
