DCS F18 VCAW-99 Deck Recovery Ops

Final phase of a 2 hour mission in the Mediterrenean with the VCAW-99 virtual squadron. First lead on deck generally takes the role of human LSO, making the approach very immersive and providing a genuine aid to recovery. Tactical Paddles is used on the server to provide good feedback after the trap.
The video captures the frantic activity of recovery operations with 10 virtual jets making it home in a short space of time, simulationg one of the most difficult activities in modern aviation.
