      In Brazil, this demonstration is normal to belt change. Blue to Purple, Purple to Brown e black belt.

    That black belt had a smooth way of going for armbars with holding a kimora lock but being able to switch between if needed i like that

    I'm not a BJJ guy - but have a 'passing' interest. I really like the way this video is filmed - very easy to see and admire the techniques and see how the art develops the practitioners skill in a systematic way. Great Vid - well done Igor!

    If someday I urned the opportunity to have my own CT I would do demonstrations and rolas to graduate my students too, just like this. I think is such a opportunity to learn, grow and is beautiful.

    What an amazing watch. Always thought about trying bjj , the thought of joining a bjj/mma gym and being the new guy scares me a bit but I need to man up and just get to one. What a refreshing video honestly

      Before your first lesson get a bjj forward and backward roll plus a shrimp/hip out movement into your muscle memory and you won't feel so out of place in the warm ups. Feel like part of the crew in the warm ups and your anxiety levels go down. It worked for me.

    This was amazing to watch! Much respect Igor for accomplishing your black belt. While this might look like simple rolling and falling to some, this is the highest technique and highest degree in jiu-jitsu, amazing!!

    This awesome and high quality videos inspire so much, thanks. BJJ level in Russia is extremely high, I believe honestly higher than in USA but where BJJ blew my mind was in Poland. Go to Poland or Russia if you want to remember what white belt felt..LOL... I rolled with Igor in Russia and it was an honor. (im not Polish, Russian or American by the way) OSS
