Peter is the most experienced and knowledgeable person in the motorhome space. I met him twice at Nec (PC, Pre-Covid) and changed my views positively about layouts and my options and such a great guy taking the time to me. Thank you. I still haven’t got my latest MH but following him gives me a lot of confidence to find the right product. Great job Peter.
Great to see Peter back with another fantastic unbiased review. Love these reviews, so comprehensive, nothings left out. Keep up the great work. thank you.
Fantastic review as ever. Disappointed with no grill and the out off reach oven. The rattles coming from the short drive was also disappointing, but im sure a good check around the vehicle fully laden would make a difference.
Usual excellent review thank you. This coach is built by Kabe as you said. With the additional cost of the coachman set up and profit margin to allow for, it would in interesting to see the comparative case for simply buying a Kabe.
We placed an order with 200 others at the NEC on the smaller one. Advertised, marketed inc website and verbally at 8m, in fact it’s a lot bigger so us and others had to cx. Sad because they are superbly impressive vehicles, I love the look of this one. Just a bit of common sense missing, bathroom toilet height and useless sink, loo roll holder, PIR bedroom alarm, and no external BBQ point. The oven is actually dangerous at that height. Do love it though, a lot of spec inc.
Liked that a lot. My pockets are not deep enough for that one but based on your older review we have gone for its smaller sibling. Nice review. Thanks.
Great review Peter, looks well screwed together but I didn't like it. Issues for me were small oven and no grill also thought the fridge freezer would have been larger. AGM batteries instead of Lithium and the height of the toilet is unacceptable. Cheers K.
I had a 2012 Burstner Elegance i890G and it was almost identical to this van (albeit with Fiat Ducato 30TD Alko chassis) with most of the features, either my Burstner was ahead of its time or this Coachman hasn't moved the game on 🤔
No heated floor or standard levelling in the Bürstner, nor the clever use of the double floor. The Coachman is not revolutionary but it has lots of good features
Aldi heating was absolutely fine and My Burstner had a full double floor not just the odd here and there opening. Granted no self leveling but an easy add on to get, I still think it has moved the game on.
Impressive but I run a 1982 Hymer 900 ( 9 metres long ) which is longer and wider (247cm ) and feels much more spacious inside than this .The only lifestyle improvement is splitting the shower and toilet to either side allowing a proper full beam washroom . Also it would be nice to have that insulation and a double floor !! Apart form that I'll keep my forty two year old 900 thanks !! Although 100K will buy you a last of the line nine metre N+B clouliner which would be nice !!
Nice looking van, but they’ve cheapes out on the electrics with AGM batteries, especially given the price of lithium these days. A bit bland on the interior as well.
Very few have marine loos in Europe because emptying is more difficult on campsites. Look at our review of the GlobeTraveller Falcon for a better toilet system.
I agree with you on AGM batteries but the Alde system gives a more domestic feel than a (diesel) blown-air system and is expected at this level of the market
I need the toilet on a plinth, looking through your knees can be just as awkward as having your legs dangling in mid-air, lovely motorhome, thank you.👍
£209000 Where is my Dometic oven and Grill. And no external gas point. Who ever buys this better be on a diet. The travel masters are a far better option with higher luggage loads.
I found no more ads than usual, so it's not an issue everyone experiences, but, I'm sure the comment is still welcomed, as that's what the algorithm wants. All hail the algorithm! 😅
@jimmythejock4376 you're spot on, to be honest. Annually, I'll spoil myself to a free month of premium, until they catch on. Returning to TH-cam for 'proles is always disappointing. 😅
True, but the motorhome industry still employs quite a lot of people in the UK and this is nothing compared with those who buy multi-million pound yachts and private planes.
No worse on fuel than some SUVs and sports cars and much better for the planet to holiday this way than on a Jumbo Jet to god knows where. Most owners will also walk or cycle once they've parked on site.

That's really kind. Hope you find your perfect 'van soon!
unbiased, factual without being boring, what a guy Peter is. fan dabby dosey
Very kind!

I Wholeheartedly Agree. Very enjoyable to watch. and learn.😀😀

Great review, I prefer the Adria supersonic.

Try the Adria Supersonic! And in stock at Abacus Motorhomes Andover.
Liked that a lot. My pockets are not deep enough for that one but based on your older review we have gone for its smaller sibling. Nice review. Thanks.
Glad it was useful
Very nice review. As always. I must had that AGMs in a motorhome costing +£200k is a bit cheap.
Still very few fitting lithium as standard, sadly
Lovely bit of kit
Very nice ❤
We can always dream 😊 With it being Swedish, does it come flat packed? 😂
lol classic
Godawful instructions are on the options list
Oh well, I can but dream on...
Hi Peter, Can you do a review of the Coachman Affinity M Duo? It looks like a really innovative and intriguing layout, please 🙏
That's definitely on the list as soon as one is available in the UK to test
We love the first one 👍
£200k and :
not got a full sized oven/cooker
That sink and toilet roll holder 😂
what are they thinking of?
I’ve just fallen madly in lust. Just got to rob a few banks 😂😂.
How are these when turning right at a mini roundabout?
Err, you need space. The turning circle on any tag-axle model is LARGE
@@MotorhomeCampervan I think I'd plan routes that avoid such a scenario.

Excellent review but a cassette toilet on a £200k van is a no no. Definitely expect a proper toilet with black tank at that price point.
Very few have marine loos in Europe because emptying is more difficult on campsites. Look at our review of the GlobeTraveller Falcon for a better toilet system.
21.40 😅😅❤
209k! An crapie old technology batteries. Makes me mad.
Slightly worried about the water dripping off the jack remote !!
200K and lots of people will not be able to reach the oven , on no !
Cooking With Peter. TH-cam spin off?
I'm not sure it would go well... I'm no Jamie Oliver...
Gis it 👍
Someday I'll have it 🙏, I'll use it to explore Indonesia 😂
This is just a rebranded Kabe?
A bit more than that, spec and cosmetics changed for Coachman. But, yes, it's built by Kabe
Id be comfortable driving it because im ex l.g.v. class 1 but i wouldnt be happy paying £209,000 that i dont have 😂😂
AGM batteries, gas heating are not so good these days.

Fantastic van but that bloody grill 👎
No more shower scenes please Peter! Keep up the otherwise informative reviews.

What a misengineering
Most panel van are better though out
Some people want living space for bad weather or long tours. No panel van will come close and most will be poor in comparison for winter use
I like your reviews but do not EVER shower on camera again! 🤢😂
29% of children in the UK are living in poverty and people are buying £209k motorhomes. What a sad world we live in.
True, but the motorhome industry still employs quite a lot of people in the UK and this is nothing compared with those who buy multi-million pound yachts and private planes.
Get a grip of yourself FFS
Stupid price
There are plenty that cost more, without the spec!
That huge thing spewing out fumes to destroy the very environment it’s supposed to be enjoying.
