It's pretty sad how the Carmine brothers just wanted to serve their country and make mama proud but ended up dying a painful death, Anthony died on his first day and Benjamin lasted about a week before getting his guts ripped apart by those creepy shits and what's more sad is Clayton holds a grudge that will never be fulfilled, not even when all the locust are dead.
In gears of war 4 when gary carmine is down he says "tell my mom and brothers i love them" or something like that and when i was starting a match gary carmine said "this is for every carmine"

And out of all the Carmines, my personal favourite is Clayton Carmine, his tattoo showing the names of his fallen brothers shows how much pain his family has suffered because of the Locusts, and his quotes for whenever he kills a locust, it's for both Anthony and Benjamin. Actually, scratch that, the Carmine Brothers are my all time favourite Gears of War Characters.

Spoiler Alert: A boy with the name Carmine appears in Gears of War 4, he did a cameo and he probably died, but we don't know if he really died because of the way it happened, if he survived he probably will appear in Gears of War 5. He's not the fourth Carmine brother, I think he's the son of Clayton Carmine because he has ''grub killer''on his shirt, but he can also be son of the unknown brother or Fredo Carmine's son, Fredo is the cousin of Clayton Carmine, he appears in the comics and his fate is unknown... I hope the Carmine Brothers come as DLC Characters for multiplayer and maybe the new Carmine survived :)

Jac Rabbit Simple, his helmet was better, he modified it himself so it didn't happen the same thing that happened to Anthony.
Also Clayton's helmet was grazed
His helmet was abit better, it was just cog really. The angle of the shot ricocheted the bullet off of the helmet, saving him from imminent death
