Duncan being levered is actually possible. The TV series just didn't show it correctly probably because of the limitations of railway modelling.
According to Victor Tanzig the engines can move on their own, their crews are just there to monitor their performance and prevent them from exerting themselves

I have a theory that in the Thomas world, some form of the Magic Gold Dust is used to create vehicles, which is why most are sentient, but the vehicles that aren't alive, like Sir Topham Hatt's car, were made without magical gold dust, or "normally", you could say. Which explains why sometimes the vehicles (not just engines) can drive themselves, and why sometimes they have to be driven by a driver (and in the case of Thomas & The Royal Engine, both)

The creepy ones I’ve seen so far are if the face is removed from the engines and if they can still talk or be able to move without their faces! Another part I liked from this is many random people asking a lot of unanswerable Thomas questions in Tugs’ video.

Joe if you want to know about the Thomas on the Moon book it's actually NOT about Thomas traveling to the moon. The plot of that book is that Thomas goes to a Space convention with children and learns about all different kinds of things that are in Outer Space including the moon.
Yes the characters can get black eyes the spiteful brakvan got one after he was accidentally smashed to pieces which you can see when his face is being carried away.
If the engines have teeth, how do they grow? Can they get cavities or gingivitis?

Do the engines have favorite crew members? Like most of them are approaching 100 years old if they haven't surpassed that already and they're bound to have had at least a dozen crew changes
Must be depressing if they’re attached to certain crew members and they die of old age.

12:50 looks like someone has never watched the cgi episode love me tender. in it donald and douglas have a falling out over which way they should go to clear the line of snow, and one of the twins pulls so hard, that the joints between his brother and his tender are snapped apart, so one engine is left in the siding in the snow, while the other is going around with 2 tenders!

When Engineers are building the Trains where do they get the flesh or eyeballs from to create the face on the smoke box? That's something I started to ask myself a few years ago

I think I have a theory about this question: 4:20 - 4:30, I'm just going to explain this as short as possible. So basically the short answer is: If they get rid of the troublesome trucks or just simply stop using them (despite doing so would'd saved the railway so much money and prevent future accidents caused by them), it could caused a shortage of trucks on the railway, could cause some problems if they refuse to use the trucks with faces and might cost the Fat Controller a lot of money to buy faceless trucks to replace every single troublesome truck on the island. That's my guess at least.

No they don't wear suits. It's a blue fabric usually a dungaree type garment then a jacket on top. The plastic model doesn't convey it that well.
He didn’t extend his wheels he ran over the rails enough times that the dirt softened and the rails bent outward and when he went over that part he slipped between the rails because they were more spaced out than his wheels

For clarification, that Thomas on the Moon book is much more tame than you think.
I had it as a kid and Thomas didn't actually go to the moon, but instead was part of some astronomy-themed festival where they had a mock-up moon set for photos or something.
9:45 if that's the case, would it be the same for all engines? Would there whistle be there ding dong? What about the females? What is the whistle to them? Would it be the v-word? Then if engines can boink then where would the males whistle go in if it is the ding dong? When a male engine whistles, is that him 'splooging,' or peeing? What kind of questions has my brain come up with?
Right to answer some of these unanswerable, 1. They levered Duncan back on the rails using Jacks, spare sleepers and metal bars. This was common practice on real narrow gauge railways. 2 sir handle did not hyper extend his wheels it is common for railway tracks to spread if not maintained properly this can happen if the chairs which fix the rails to the sleepers have worn away. 3 yes they are a sort of suits if you look at real photos of British steam crew from the 50s and 60s you will see that the crew do have a white shirt on underneath and a tie.

In my head canon the faceless trucks are alive but have season 1 truck faces. This is because they are super hard to see and their faces disappear randomly in season 1 and the same for the narrow gauge coaches
Edit: It’s not entirely impossible as Henrietta didn’t have a face in the early seasons
