Looks like a very decent product for a Regional flight. Would not be enough for a long haul one but I guess TG offers a more appropriate cabin/service for longer hours onboard. Thanks for sharing. Great video as usual. 😊
Been on this flight a couple of times. On-board service and food is quite good. Most times, the price is comparable to LCC’s like Scoot if luggage and meal service is included and the seat is far more comfortable than the 28” pitch the LCC’s cram you into. If Thai had decent customer service on the ground, they’d be a five star airline. But they have a nasty habit of changing seats without informing passengers, bussing people to and from the gate to the plane (not a good look for the national flag carrier at their Capitol airport) and having absolutely horrible phone support…..as in none. But onboard, I have never had an issue on any Thai flight in terms of comfort and service. Nice video!
