Thanks Yaw. You are great as usual. Please repeat this lesson with spelling of words on the screen as you have been doing in your more recent lessons. Thanks
These videos are so wonderful! Your new videos are easier to follow along 😊 My husband even enjoys going over the videos with me. We have family in Kumasi so I'm trying to learn twi so I can speak to them.
I have someone I really like and He is Ghanaian, I'm African American and I love to surprise him with new phrases, I try to talk to him in twi and it's just really fun to me. 💛 madaase pa. I will need to study more though
Great lesson again! Repetition seems to be key! Another question, which is the proper way to say twi? I know some people that pronounce it as tree and you pronounce it as tchi. Which one is correct or is it based on tribe or dialect?
Medaase, Robin. It's neither pronounced as "tree" nor "tchi". There's an updated lesson on digraphs coming up that should clarify this and other digaph sounds in certain words
I really appreciate these videos, but sometimes the words are spoken too quickly that I don‘t get the proper pronunciation. It would be helpful to have a phonetic script. In any case thank you very much!
Am glad to be part of your teaching. Keep up e good job dear

Thank you Erwin. I'll see what I can do about that.
LearnAkan.Com I found out that I can reduce the speed... 🙄 But a phonetic script would be good anyway for studying with learning cards. 🙂
