Great example.Thx. A few questions and comments: 1.) Why did you use angle 140° for the v-cut? Is there a geometry rule or just random? 2.) The edge blending process is quite tricky: a.) It failed using surface lofting b.) Worked with boundary surface, but resulted in a "pinched" corner condition. c.) Finally, worked using Filled Surface(my last resort) 3.) The 3 way fillet "merging" is a bit rough where the 2mm fillet meets the 4mm fillet inside the ring. Any suggestions to further trim/fill to make a smooth transition. I have kinda "forgotten" all those blend tricks.
