That was a great story! I laughed about Gordon's line about Snow when he says bother this snow it's like trucks just a few of them and it's fine, but when there is a lot of it becomes a mess. that was funny line from Gordon and also, I laughed when Thomas said we don't need another set of Annie and Calarbel.

Oh my Gosh, I freaking love this episode. Gordon's always been my favorite engine, and stories like this remind me why. Especially when they actually let him have happy endings. The same goes for the Coaches. It actually took me a second watch to realize that those were the Season 1 Express Coaches. Kudos to whoever designed them.
Such a perfect episode! I felt for Gordon when that snow accident occurred and he complained about it. Hadn't expected him to be temporarily pulling two coaches similar to Annie and Clarabel and for Thomas to tease him so funnily about it. And him finding the original Express coaches was quite a feat and really cool. So it's very good that they started getting used again.
You are a master casting director! Every voice in this video suits the character SO well, all the voice actors are bangers in this, and that can't be by accident. You're very good at picking them. I love the concept, too! It's really meta canonizing the change in express coaches; suddenly it's not just a visual difference between seasons, they really WERE replaced at some point and I think it's really cool you acknowledged that. I'm glad they got a happy ending too! I wonder if they feel bitter about being replaced, though. Some of them must!
I'm so glad that Gordon was able to find his original coaches that got him started on the railway. I'm surprised it's now pulled by James, especially Edward (I've seen the two headlamps) pulling the express as he once did.
What I find strange is Edward (since he's a 4-4-0) is a bit weaker then the newer engines when it comes to pulling heavy long trains, but he is strong enough to pull the 4 original heavy coaches even though he was made to pull lighter coaches. What do you think?

Thomas’ changing expressions when he sees Gordan at Elsbridge is way funnier than it has any right to be.
Edward is strong enough to push Gordon and his express up the hill but Gordon can’t get the hill himself
