German TV series "Ohne Filter". All acts had to play 100% live. For years I was able to visit many shows and rehearsals and thus have seen very many great artists, ca. 6 artist per show. SRV, Chris Rea, Al DiMeola, Larry Carlton, Chaka Khan, James Taylor, me sitting an arm length away from their feet, free admission, free beer. What an experience! I missed Duke´s show, unfortunately.
Cool lick alert! The jazzy descending move to go from the i to the IV (1:53-1:55) is a favourite of mine. The studio version is a tad slower and clearer. This is one solo I tried to learn note for note years back, and it paid back as there's lots of cool ideas that intermediate players can use. Thanks Duke!
