fun fact Mutt and some early versions of Viking wizard eyes were done with Scott when Scott left or got booted still a controversial exit. Travis came in and did the other half and polished up Scott’s unfinished drumming in Viking Wizard Eyes. Not to long after they did an interview with Tom and he came up with the name Enema of the State.
But I think it was just mutt cause Scotty had an out falling with the guys just before studio recordings of enema.

It definitely is about 9/11. The lyrics are literally about falling out of a building and not surviving it. Toms verse is the individual himself falling to the ground, marks verse is his perspective watching the other fall to the ground. Pretty trippy
