Possible project bag with zipper on the long side would be a way to use the unfinished long dog piece. Your other stitching is coming along really well. I too had to get Corgi Caboodle & will adjust colors to match our Lucy 🌈 but I suspect I’ll wait til we’re ready to welcome another corgi into our family.
I'm so sad about that pointed fifth piece, and kudos to you for wanting to restart it! It's beautiful and I hope you find a repurposed use for it! I am also really enjoying the new Star Trek, I'm caught up on Discovery, Picard and I'm excited for the Strange New Worlds!
Oh I'm sorry about Quinto Acuto, that stinks. Maybe turn it into a project bag? Absolutely love your fabric for the cardinal biscornu is wonderful, it'll really make the reds pop.great to catch up on your flosstube, always enjoy seeing you and Augie🙂
Oh no Matt! I'm sorry about that Pointed Fifth piece. What a bummer. You're right, it'll make a beautiful project bag. You know how there are some antique samplers that are not completely finished, like, a corner will have been left unfinished. It could have that look, and it would still look amazing.
I’m just imagining toys torn into bits all over the floor & you trying your best to ignore them while continuing to record. 🤣🤣🤣 I think your Pointed Fifth would be amazing on the front of a project bag or tote- I was totally bummed with you about that one but I really like your restart plan!
Ughhhhhhhh at the Long Dog not fitting 😩 I love how the colors were coming together. You have probably committed to letting it go but if there is truly a half inch margin (without having to manipulate the pattern) - I would sew a strip of fabric to the edge to give you room in the frame/snaps and then just frame it tightly. But if you do restart it, hopefully it just turns out even better!
Matt! 🌻🐝🌻 I love the Cardinal piece . Love your needle minder!!

I hadn’t thought of those kinds of unfinished samplers, but that’s a great reference.

That is exactly what it’s like!

If I didn’t have to change it then yeah I would have kept going even with a small margin, but I will restart it!
