I am flying to Copenhagen, Denmark (and then driving into Sweden) in September. Departing from Philadelphia via Frankfurt, Germany on Lufthansa. I sure hope it will be an A340! Never flown on one! GREAT VIDEO!!
Thank you - Dan had a great trip :) ! I am not sure where he was sitting. I asked him to wave when the plane went by, I didn't see any waving and I was really zoomed in tight. So, he must have been on the other side of the aircraft. This is one of my favorite videos I have posted - the lighting was so beautiful that night!
@planeviz Thank you - the light was really nice to this take off. This is filmed closer to Bayswater Street that Constitution Beach - but you can get great footage from either location as well as Deer Isle and Castle Island!
@fabrice42160 Hi Fabrice!! Thank you : ) . You know I noticed that too after I uploaded it, - I wonder if it is just a second or so out of sync? The pilot did take off very quickly - and you hear ATC telling the pilot "I need you to roll" with no delay - but perhaps I messed up in editing. Thank you for noticing!! : ) Jen

@lf9000 Hi! I usually take video from Winthrop - off Pleasant Street and my Friend TBird - who has the nice footage here in response is filming from Bayswater Street in East Boston.

Is you're ATC syncro with the video? pilots put power while they reply the clearence to the tower! so fast :)
