It's all due to alter ego messiah card Generation Break 2 skill That's why the Messiah player can draw lots of cards It all depends on how much soul the vanguard has for the messiah player and how many cards are unlocked at the end of the messiah player turn, of course I tried the deck It's insane hand advantage, can muti-attack and aslo disrupts your opponent's units in one turn. Its insanely good deck Which now I understand why its top meta deck in the current format😊😊😊
5th time watching this fight, and yet I'm still amazed at Messiah. Can't wait for this to come to English countries. I'll be playing the hell out of this deck. I'm relatively new to Vanguard, so I'm still finding a deck to claim as my own. This looks amazing. Great job as always guys
You are totally right BUT in this case, I would say it worked pretty good, I mean Paddy's next checks were a crit and front, triggers cardpro could guard because the vanguard was alter ego.
@@pl2578 Yeah, though Viamance Bruce could maybe stand a chance since you get around 4 attacks in and you get a good amount of pumping to all of your followers with Final Rush/Final Burst
I'm confused, during the game Paddy showed 2 Flatten Suffrey. 1 was used as discard fodder for ride and one was used during his g2 turn. But the decklist at the end shows that there is only 1 copy in the deck
Vanguard still seems confusing to me but im trying really hard to understand how to play lol. Idk if there are any card shops near me that i could go check out for it tho :(
Yeah, Stride decks basically have no skill until their first stride, that goes for most rears too Against them, letting them go to G3 first is a legit strategy
Yeah if you face a G deck you have to consider skipping the ride to G3. If you went first, giving them Stride is brutal and can cost you the game. You'd rather let them have the first G3 turn over them having Triple Drive, huge VG, the 5k from the crest and all their GB skills

Draw 5 is crazy in vanguard. That’s basically an adaptive block 2 or 2 attacks.

Yeah, that doesn't include the +3 from triple drive through striding. It's such a broken effect but really fun when pulling it off lmao
I had a feeling ChronoJet and Messiah would get some upgrades but I didn't expect them to be at this level. This match def felt like an anime match up
At first I didn't understand why Paddy didn't unlock Awaking with Amnesty for the extra 10k, until that turn ended... That draw 5 was BRUTAL!!!

The skip ride phase part is so relatable. Some game i play end with both on grade 2

Maybe not all old decks but they've made good new decks that don't use stride like gandiva and masques, both can stand on their own

It's unfortunately only until the end of turn, so when it went back to CProtagonist the 10k buff was gone
