Nepal need absolute and democratic Monarchy with full power. But we don’t have such promising royal family members to lead the Nation. Entire concept and practice of federal democracy system going very wrong way. So existing political system need to be restructured. Democracy without discipline never succeed. And Nepali people are extremely beyond to maintain common citizens discipline. People need to be educated their patriotic value, rights, duties and responsibilities. We need a powerful leader who can do all these and lead the country and Nepal in a right manner. Re-establishing monarchy is just to continue history of Monarchy only that alone don’t help to change what we need to change in the Nepal.
Being a nepali, feel frustrated at the print, why they keep bringing up self serving elitist people who have good connection with India. Monarchy can only be re-established if they is more political instability. Republic is good enough, let it work, keep having elections n let the parties become more mature in democratic process. Nepali political situation is similar to Pakistan's. Government keeps changing n democratic parties get the blame for not developing the country. We need stability in order to have economic policies that build confidence of the private sector. I would not take political lecture frm an actress. Last interview with Baburam Bhattarai n Rakesh Sood was really embarrassing on Baburam's part. He keep bringing up idiotic logic. Now his party is dissolved. Have some better politicians like Dr. Rijal, Gagan Thapa, Gokarna Bista or even our rapper/engineer mayor of Kathmandu, Balendra sah.
Bro we call these people Luteyans. They are champagne socialists/communist, they like to keep people poor & talk about human rights in conferences to get approval of white masters.
Manisha must ask her, why did Indian plotted against Nepal helping maoist, the terrorist? They are the one who helped to abolish the only Hindu Kingdom from the Earth. They wanted no King in Nepal to their long plan to engulf Nepal. She is too nice here, she must tell her that This Is My Country, and we decide whether we want our Hindu Kingdom back or not?
BJP is already on its way to electing strongmen dictators as politics gets more polarized. Nothing wrong with that, strong teams require strong leaders.
@@banditonehundred So do humans in general. But in my opinion, the more diverse and heterogeneous a country's people are, the bigger the need for a strongman leader. Obviously the leader needs to run on an ideology, and the ideology can be carried forward by the next dedicated leader.
I guess Manisha is little out of touch of her home country. Yes Nepalis do not like Indians very much but it's due to different reasons. Same reason can be found with Thai as well. Both countries are very much dependent on tourism. For them, they get visitors from all over world. Who earn in dollars or euro with which exchange rate is vast. So when Nepalis charge a little extra or even exhorbitant. These foreigners donot bother to negotiate and pay up. On other hand INR to NPR exchange rate is just 1.6. so Indians do negotiate or go to next vendor to get better deal. So effort for Nepalis for every rupee is more with Indians than Americans, Europeans. That frustration and non understanding of person infront is cause of Nepalis disliking Indians. Indian tourism PPL do same in india. So no Nepali are not only ones to charge exhorbitant. But they are able to understand person paying capacity in few seconds of talking and try to get a deal by negotiation. Or let person go if they cannot reach a deal. That one side of coin. on other hand, Nepalis are not good in explaining why they are charging so much if they are not overcharging. That tea vendor who attacked British hikers due to disagreement on cost of tea failed to make British understand her reasons of costly tea. Even though she was justified. And made her case worse by threatening with machete.
Nepalese are the same people as Indians & Hindus!! The ONLY reason Nepalese tuned against their own brothers is because of Indian colonial echo system & colonized politicians like Mulla Nehru, his daughter Indira / Congress!!
No....absolutely no Nepali wants and needs monarchy's return..... We Nepali people want good governance, a vision for development and stable elected democratic government (at least 5 years for an elected government). Monarchy was thrown out by the people because they could not deliver anything substantial, yet repeatedly interfered with democratically elected government. What we need is to flush out the old & corrupt leaders and have new younger leaders who have the desire to improve and reform things in Nepal

Nepal made this land the most prosperous & culturally the most relevant in Human history!!

I agree with your idea of the colonial western-style democracy, but never forget the fact that the privy purse sort of thing received by the King reached 63 crores per year when my parents couldn't even afford to send their children to the schools of their choice. @@sabikneupane9958 You & people close to reality are the best to judge what works best. My point is that Dharmic (Hindu/Buddhist, Jain..) or truth & justice principles of democracy have worked really well for Nepal, India, this sub continent & for humanity!! This has been the case for thousands & thousands of years!! Meanwhile, western style democracy has brought with it corruption, greed, poverty, anti human/anti development ideologies, colonization & slavery to other civilizations & increasingly today even to their own people!! Western style democracy or values aren't thus attractive in any way whatsoever! In fact, they are busy hiding their true history from their kids even for basics like European renaissance which came from Dharmic/Hindu knowledge systems or European/Christian crimes against humanity through slavery & colonization! As such, almost all western history books are cooked!! Even Indian ones have had the same fate because of the leftists/communists here!! Meanwhile, Chinese communist ideology has worked somewhat well for China but one can doubt that it will work in the future. With the invasion of Tibet, Xinjiang, fight with the west, even with India/Japan & most of Asia, they risk being in trouble. The only viable human, political & civilization-al model which has really worked well for humanity & nature is the Dharmic one!!
Yes but the people choice has changed now due to having 13 government in just 17 year . The inflation rate is increasing day by day . Corruption is increasing . 1900 people are going abroad per day which is very more for 3 crore populations
Dear reporter: do you know if King Birendra and his family were killed by his son crown Prince or by some other power? 🤨 And your question about Indians and Nepali hating each other? Remember a few blockades to punish poor Nepalis. And some land encroachment, and time to time interference like sheltering Maoists in India to overthrow monarchy and its Hindu state?
Corruption, poor governance and political instability can be described as the reasons behind the angst of the common citizens towards this model of constitutional structure and democratic polity. They see the polity as hand in glove with each other, selfish and ideologically bankrupt. Power games and continuous attempt to convert politics into transactional vocation is causing discontent among ordinary Nepalis who are grappling with inflation, unemployment and stagnant economic growth. This disenchantment is being used by monarchists to up the ante on their agenda and an alternative vision for the nation.

If Indian Government thought of equality in reationship with Nepal then it must have at least sat for a talk with Nepalese side. But it never happened. So there is Political and domination problem between Nepal and India and its not that Nepal and India has problem between People to People. Its nothing like that. People of India are warmly welcomed here in Nepal but at the same time, Nepal and its people don't hinder to show a black flag to the Indian Government and to its official government bodies/authorities.
Meanwhile BP is crying from heaven.
Yes Rajas should rule - Sri Rama was a Raja, Sri Krishna was a Raja
She is absolutely right
Modern democracy is a joke - it is said that it is people’s choice but really?
Does the police and politician work for us? Absolutely not!
We can have both Monarchy and Rights of Citizens can be secured - Monarchy is a fairer system than the Cheat of supposed Democracy
True Democracy is Rajtantra - that is why RajTantra has been described as PrajaTantra
@Law Notes I was going to write same 😂😂
@Law Notes fool you did not understand my point!!!
when i say that Sri Rama and Sri Krishna were Rajas - what i meant was - they were God who knows what is the best system of governance for his creation - if democracy had been best then Sri Narayana when he came as Sri Rama and Sri Krishna would have proclaimed democracy - but they themselves lived as Rajas and showed the world that this is the best system - understood?
and Rajas will come back even in India soon!!
also Rajas of Rajasthan were British lapdogs - sure no one is denying that - but are you blind?
today's politicians are also lap-dogs of Businessmen and Foreign Governments because they want the funds to fight elections - they are blind men who are lusting after power
i give you one example - if you have a property, land and a politician wants it and you do not want to sell it - what do you think will be the outcome? you will go to police - do you think the police will support you?
politicians should be servants of people, police should protect people - but these are the very people who are harming the society
why did Modi take back the farm laws when election was around? why don't they bring electoral reforms?
all these people are lusting after power! they are blind thieves who swear to protect the people but loot the people and serve interests of powerful men!!
we need Rajas - who need not fight elections - they will be true dispenser of justice!
Correct!!

Little knowledge is VERY dangerous & Colonial western style democracy is NOT a solution to ANYTHING!! The US-EU is demonstrating this with Ukraine war!! The political elites are sending money & arms to Ukraine while their own people are suffering like dogs!!
On the other hand, the Hindu kings who ruled in Indian sub continent incl. Nepal made this land the most prosperous & culturally the most relevant in Human history!!
@@rka-truthalwayswins5127 Nepal`s PCI in 2006 (during King`s absolute monarchy) was 210 USD, it has reached 1300 USD as of now.
Pronouncing Harka Sampang was so difficult ?
Dear reporter: do you know if King Birendra and his family were killed by his son crown Prince or by some other power? 🤨
And your question about Indians and Nepali hating each other? Remember a few blockades to punish poor Nepalis. And some land encroachment, and time to time interference like sheltering Maoists in India to overthrow monarchy and its Hindu state?
She is planning for the next phase of her career. She is very much from the old establishment.
Offcourse, she can't ignore the family clout.
