For real, EyeMusician’s skills with Yoshimitsu are the main reason I wanted to experiment with him and ultimately make him one of my mains! I still need to get used to some of the stances, but Yoshimitsu is so much fun to play as!

My God how good this is, JDCR is standing most of the time, most of lows hit him, turtle style. EyeMusician shown me alot of new traps and hit properties in this set of fights. I do hope one day he willbe standing on podium winning big. Thats what I wish him and myslef , to see Eyemusician winning big.
That's mainly because Yoshi has no threatening lows in neutral, and Eye conditioned JDCR to not duck. JDCR does duck to evade a lot of Highs and punishes accordingly, he just does not do it on neutral because Yoshi's lowpokes are very weak or slow. We can't notice it, but a lot of DF2 from Yoshi checked JDCR explicitly because he was ducking expecting a low poke, thus he abandoned trying by the end. This is the mental aspect that is hardly appreciated. In other words, Eyemusician is a god among men, top 8 potential when he finishes military service

People talk shit about drag being op but he is not. Jack and yoshi are on another level.. I ain't rematching them. Jun and devil jin are way stronger as well. Victor i just hate. Everytime i lose to victor i KNOW they didnt do shit and just pressed a few buttons as im doing DDR with my fingers, tapping 120 words per minute with lee and kazuya. Its literally easy mode baby tekken

Tekken 8 is such a weird scrubby game that Im not gonna be shocked if we get more people beating arslan and knee with characters like azucena, victor, devil Jin, jun and jack. They all are basically dragubov counters. Hell, Lars is a counter to dragunov. He has the reach of a little baby while Lars zips around with built in movement and crushing with full screen range (full screen as in actual full screen, when the camera zooms out). Maybe in 1 or 2 years they will balance it out and it will play like Tekken.
