As someone who watches a lot of anime. The cgi was as good as it can get really, which isn’t very good. The 3-D and 2-D never look good mixed together.
11:41 I don’t think it being a different take on Godzilla makes it a good thing that Godzilla’s not even in it. Literally every single monster gets more screen time. I’m not even interested in seeing monsters fight.
You have to think with all of the different Godzilla movies and backstories now does this one set itself apart from the rest? What makes this memorable compared to other films or unique? Different takes lead to more unique and compelling versions of Godzilla. I appreciate your comment tho! 🤙
@@Saltycoolkid10169420xdxdxdxd it doesn’t do anything interesting compared to other Godzilla interpretations. The show has absolutely nothing to do with Godzilla. Something being unique is not an inherent positive anyways and in fact can be damaging as it was here.

Hard-core Godzilla fans have zero standards, and need you to like every single thing. They defend every single cash grab to the death.
I wanted to like this show. I really did. But it confused the ever living crap out of me. Don’t get me wrong, it is better than the Polygon trilogy but why copy Shin? Why go into quantum theory when your general audience is most likely unfamiliar with physics?
Seriously, the MonsterVerse is more entertaining and has its monsters as the focus.
Yeah the show was soooooo wack. Although it had some cool visuals the whole time I had next to no idea what was going on.
This show is so freaking bad. Evangelion is basically a Kaiju show and it managed to have a monster of the week and interesting human characters. You couldn't just copy evangelion, Netflix?
This show is shit. I like the three movie anime Godzilla films on Netflix more. And shin Godzilla is what sp wishes they could’ve been. And the mix of 2D and 3D sucks. Looks like what legend of Korra did
