    He looks like a happy man who produces a healthy plant for a living. It's funny that it takes like 10 Korean sentences to produce one English one tho lol...I'm definitely going to start using perilla oil.

    We have perilla in Indian himalayas also, we use the seeds for chutneys and for making sweet filling with jaggery. I searched about it some months back and got to know about its actual benefits. It just grows in our apple orchard every year.

    Shine supermarket in Singapore gave me a bottle of perilla oil for free. I'm watching this video to learn the benefits of perilla. Has lot of omega-3 good for daily consumption.

    Why did he top bottles off w and additional look of oil. Why not top off at first fill.

    Can we stir fry Perilla seeds without losing its nutrients?

      No matter what you cook, you lose nutrients cooking it

      Do not fry them, use them for making chutneys

    That is some rough pronunciation of the English language. It is a bit jarring to listen to. I enjoy learning, but it can make it difficult to learn when I also have to decipher what is being said.
