Chandler is awesome, crazy how many fans werent stoked about him joining the UFC and "skipping the line." I was one of them and tbh i thought he was kinda annoying at first. Boy was I wrong... In the short amount of time he's been with the UFC he has already given us numerous classic fights and highlights

Chandler showed his dirty side. He knew after the first he was fucked. He spit a mouthful of blood into Dustin’s eyes, he fish hooked his mouth and eyes and he landed a dozen back of the head blows while the ref was telling him to stop and then argued with the ref saying they were not back of the head.
Chandler needs to rethink his fighting style. He takes so much damage in every fight, If he incorporates good defensive strategy into his fighting style he will have so much more success.
His bellator style is suited to bring him to the top. Since coming to the ufc he has wanted to entertain like he said he is not here for a long time but a good time
I think he will fight differently when he rematch with Justin or Dustin

@@louyht7 what is he going to try differently? Wrestle? He did that, he even tried to wrestler against Justin but Justin is a wrestler unlike Dustin and was able to reverse him attempts. Dustin just survived which gassed Chandler out, it's got nothing to do with him "not trying". Do you want him to fight more calm and not explosive? His explosivneness is the reason fighters like Justin or Dustin are cautious, you take his explosivneness away and fighters won't fear him.
Dude is such a beast. If he would just learn to calm down a bit after he hurts his opponent he would get more finishes. Instead of winging haymakers a couple uppercuts would have done it tonight.

I'm not a fan of Chandler's fighting style, but I have the deepest respect for this dude. This is how a champion handles themselves in defeat. Contrast this with Connor McGregor when he was in a similar situation. Your stock just rose a million % in my eyes. Great dude.

I honestly like that about Chandler. He fights evil, it was nasty. Such a parallel from what he portrays to the world and how he carries himself. When he steps in the cage he's blasting strikes, trying to hurt people, doing anything to try and win, even cheat. It's not admirable, but I like it

When he wins I just celebrate, when He loses I hate it! But It is in these post-fight interviews that I learn and get encouragement in life. I just feel so identified with this man's journey. The look on his face blending with his shining spirit is an unbelievable masterclass to me. Love you Chandler, you are the proof that Being a champ doesn't necessarily mean winning...
He needs BJJ training HARD. His takedowns are amazing he's so explosive but his top control is SERIOUSLY lacking. Chandler had 2 instances where the back was completely open and he couldn't secure the back mount, and one time when he did take the back he was much too high on the back and wasn't able to do anything with it. Chandler had multiple times to finish the fight on the ground and couldn’t control or execute. Poirier got Chandlers back 1 time and got the submission instantly. That made all the difference.
Love this fighter, so much respect for the way he handles himself no matter the outcome. True class is on display when Michael Chandler is holding court, hope he gets some much earned W’s soon.
I always proud to be his fan. An excellent ambassador for the sport.

This man fights like a mad man. Dustin was durable and technical. Both have the tendency of going through wars, hopefully it all ends great for them.
One of the coolest and best things about any sport results is when a competitor loses "graciously" and is humble about the loss.
Respect to Chandler's humility and remarks, they show a distinct champion's heart.

Chandler is a guy that seems like if he was 5% better or had good cardio and fight IQ he'd crush everybody. He's so athletically gifted and he puts everybody through hell for at least five mins but he just can't quite beat the true elites

Don't be silly! It's Dustin's fault for biting his fingers, Chandler's only choice was to take advantage of it to try and get the RNC.

Chandler's a gamer, always an entertaining fighter. Seemed there was a few unusual dirty moves by him but in a real fight there's bound to be some discipline errors. I hope the Connor fight becomes a reality as it'd be a banger for sure.

I like Mike man…like Dustin too. I was just sad to see him kinda give Dustin the choke like that. Because he certainly did, I feel like he could’ve defended a little harder but fatigue had been settled in at that point. Regardless it was an amazing fight like all of his fights.
