Hi sir first of all thanks for ur teaching efforts..I have one doubt plz clarify... about back pressure..if back pressure set how control hydraulic cylinder..it gives rotational movement or leanier movement or withstand pressure during charging.. little bit confusing
After injection infront of screw end pressure is created it pressure help to push back screw retrate that time screw is rotating so charging happened..screw rotation control by hydraulic cylinder.. injection unit have three cylinders one carriage cylinder control injection unit front back.. injection cylinder control by moving of forward for injection to mould.. another cylinder for screw rotation..my question is if back pressure set which cylinder is going to control..how
@@plasticspolytechnology181 but screw is connected with rotational cylinder..it's activated when charging..but screw speed control by rpm we can rotate slow and fast as we require..and after injection screw infront end pressure is happened this pressure bush back to backward same time screw rotating because already set screw speed changing happened desired set points..but back pressure how works ?..it's control rotational movement or leanier movement?.. because screw rotating control by rpm..I have still doubt sry can u make one more video..I search you tube lot of videos but no clarity sir..

By control Screw rotational cylinder because Backpressur work screw rotational number increase and Raw material homogeneous mixing
