Can we skip suji in recipe
Suji is used for binding as jowar flour has no binding u can use bread or whole wheat bread or soaked poha instead of suji
સોળા અથવા ઇનો શરીરને નથી સદતુ તો બીજું શું નાખવાનું
તમને સોડા કે ઇનો નો ઉપયોગ નાં કરવો હોય તો ખાટ્ટા દહીં નું પ્રમાણ થોડું વધારે રાખી હાથ વડે બેટર ને થોડું ફેટિ લેવાનું પછી pancake બનાવી શકો પરંતુ થોડું સોફ્ટ fluffy ઓછું થઈ શકે એ રીતે

Ji Didi but jowar me binding nahi ho ti to usme se idli ya pancake banane ke liye suji ka thodasa use karna padta hai
