If you’re planning to move on September 1st, talk to your new landlord and see if there’s any chance to move in a few days early. Moving rates are at the highest on 9/1 in Boston, so you can save yourself some stress and some money if you have some flexibility on date.

The security fee is how much and what is this for ? What of all these fees do you get back ? I understand the broker fee is for the agent but the rest of the fees ?
