Of course my country’s government has ignored these people despite Peru’s riches. I hope one day Peru can have a government where the people matter more than the money filling the corrupt politicians pockets do. But I hope this video doesn’t turn anyone off about Peru. It’s such a beautiful country, filled with amazing culture, food and people. While I hate videos like these that portray my country in a bad light, I understand it’s important to showcase everything even the bad. Thanks for watching ITC fam. Much love from a proud Peruvian living in Jersey 🇵🇪 🇺🇸
Not gonna lie. I went to rocky mountains on my roadtrip across the US. Yo... when I tell you just walking up a hill will tire you out. Even the car was tired
Going to a lower elevation can definitely improve one's physical performance. In the military, some members would travel to lower elevated bases to take their PT tests. Some called it the "Gravity Training" method as seen in DBZ.
I remember going to Peru with my group from school. Half of us, including myself, suffered from altitude sickness and that was just getting to the city of Cusco. I couldn't imagine going to La Rinconada
My late frat brother visited Machu Pichu about a year after he caught Covid & went through procedures to help fight his cancer. He was a fit bodybuilder but had to be rushed to the hospital, as he wasn’t used to this environment & he realized part of his lung had been taken out due to his cancer procedures & effects from Covid hence his response to the lack of oxygen.
Imagine going to a small town with the HOPES of finding gold, just to have a better life for your family... So many countries suffer from government corruption & greed... love going out to Peru 🇵🇪
Hey guys, I’m from Peru, Cusco to be specific, coca leaves are a natural thing over there, it helps you with the altitude. Yes that’s the first stage for making cocaine but far from it.
Little do most people know the coca leaf in it's unaltered form has been used by the indigenous people of the Andean mountains for thousands of years as an high altitude supplement.
I moved from sea level (NJ), to 7,000 feet above it (AZ) this year and it was pretty noticeable for weeks, I'm used to it now but it's still easier to get winded.
Aye, lemme just say that my family and I lived in Colorado in a town in the mountains about 7,000 feet above sea level for about 15 years, and when we first moved there From Chicago, which sits at barely 579 feet above sea level; we struggled and felt it the first two years. We live in Tyler Texas now which is very green with clean air, so because of living in low elevation with high humidity and high elevation with thin air, we’re better acclimated to both hot humid air and dry thin air. But I couldn’t imagine that shit there. That’s ridiculous even for me, and again we used to live in Colorado, so that’s saying something.
Despite the f*ck situation, but you definitely get a great view when you wake up every morning to seeing clouds right onto your view sights almost every day..
8:18 so just for information, they were not selling cocaine, they were selling coca leaves, which has a narcotic affect but it’s not cocaine. Cocaine in the illegal drug form has coca leaves but also tons of harmful other chemicals.
Yeah...seeing this..makes it another situation that reminds me 2 be thankful mann..for what I have now bro🤦♂️✊☝️..as I've been doing already...I thank *GOD* ..for what I have now. Sucks 2 hear people r living there though..especially the kids..but again everybody there...I didn't really hear anything good about that spot...there health..the iffy food there..the beauty of nature as far as the Visuals go...those are the only goods I've witnessed from this video but at the sametime..because of the environment itself..and the rules there...makes there health..the food and nature itself unhealthy...all at the sametime though..😬..if I could..I would pull all those people out of that environment. Just out of love I would if I could because that place just don't seem like a good place 2 be...but from what I've learned..I understand some people r willing to be in that position anyway. Respect 2 the guy who went 2 visit too✊..I wouldn't recommend him 2 do that again though..just 2 be on the safe side 4 himself
cocaine first arrived in Miami in the early 20th century, during the Prohibition Era in the United States. The city’s strategic location and well-developed transportation infrastructure made it an ideal hub for smuggling alcohol, cigars, and other contraband. As a result, Miami became a prime destination for criminals, gangsters, and bootleggers. In the 1920s, Miami’s flourishing nightlife and relaxed atmosphere attracted many wealthy individuals, including mobsters and drug traffickers. This period marked the beginning of Miami’s association with organized crime and the illicit drug trade. The 1960s and 1970s saw a significant increase in the demand for cocaine in the United States. This was primarily due to the escalating drug war in Colombia and the rise of the Medellín and Cali drug cartels. As a result, Miami emerged as a major transshipment point for cocaine smuggled into the United States from South America. During this period, Miami’s waterfront properties and luxury hotels became popular gathering places for drug traffickers and money launderers. The city’s close proximity to the Caribbean and Central America allowed for the easy transportation of drugs across the region. In the 1980s, the United States government declared war on drugs, and Miami became the epicenter of the crack cocaine epidemic. The city experienced a surge in violent crime, with drug-related homicides, drive-by shootings, and turf wars becoming a regular occurrence. Law enforcement agencies, including the Miami-Dade Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), began cracking down on drug traffickers and gangs. However, the influx of drugs into Miami continued unabated, with the city’s location and infrastructure still making it an attractive hub for smugglers. Over the years, Miami has undergone a significant transformation, shedding its image as the “Cocaine Capital of the World.” The city has made substantial efforts to combat drug trafficking and improve public safety. Law enforcement agencies have worked closely with local communities to implement prevention and intervention programs, while businesses and residents have invested in the revitalization of neighborhoods. Today, Miami is a thriving international city, known for its vibrant arts scene, diverse culture, and beautiful beaches. Although the city’s past is inextricably linked with the drug trade, Miami has successfully moved on and continues to grow and evolve.
can you watch cultural videos?? like from sweden, japan and korea, the foods, different people and customs compared to america etc those vids are interesting
8979 ft in central city, CO is where I went. I had to have oxygen help like he had, it was a little oxygen tube the size of a soda can and after 3 days I was fine. I used it maybe once a day. Not that serious as he was. I have sickle cell so it was definitely effecting me but not that serious

Climb any mountain. Even a mild one with not-too-vertical walking paths. You'll notice you get tired and out of breath about 25% faster. The ache in your muscles jumps a full 50% more than you're used to. If you're just standing around, you won't notice a difference. Theres more oxygen than you need in most places. But you'll notice it as soon as theres not. (Edit. My weed dude is a hillbilly. You can't drive all the way to his house. Its a trail for about 3/5ths of a mile, that you have to walk. And you're always out of breath when you get there, even though it was a 5 minute walk, tops. Its not just me. He has a chair by the door for people to flop into. And its not even a tall mountain. South/North Carolina. The Appalachians. Its like.... beginner-level hiking in most parts. So thats how one step above sea level gets you. Only noticable when you're active, but already a strong response. These guys are like.... level 10. F that. His peach moonshine and bud are fire, but I'm not putting on a space suit to go get them. Back in the day long distance runners used to do altitude training to expand their lung capacity to keep up with the Kenyans who live high up aswell
Bruh, this is a setting from a damn anime. A place so high up its close to space and there's gold. Wait, an accidental One Piece reference 😮

To climb Mt Everest the climbers has to do the same. They sit at the base camp for a few weeks so their bodies can adjust to the high altitude.

the "cocaine material" which is called Coca leaf is the main thing in the recipe for cocaine hence the first part cocaine "coca"
Exactly
