Anyone else feel like some mechanics were greatly enhanced and improved for GTA V from IV such as shooting, driving, flying and traversing. But then there are things that existed already in IV such as NPC Reactions, Euphoria physics, the way Cops work and interaction with the world (picking up trash or bricks you can throw, blood prints, Paramedics revivals) that GTA V is all missing, I really hope this great attention to detail returns in VI
For GTA 5, when you get shot in the torso, a small hole will appear in the front, but in the exit it will show a big hole through the bag. Super realistic.
in GTA IV when a person is shot in the legs (not much happens in the torso), they do like a '' spray '' of blood, which does happen in reality, although yes, the holes are not noticed so much.
3:08 that depends on what surface you're standing. To make it spotable, kill the convience store worker and step on his blood, you will see some bloody shoe prints.

You can make blood foot trails in GTA V, you just need to stand in the blood, move your character a bit in place, then walk, they're very faint and hard to see, but you can leave blood trails.

But after some time, neurons that innervate muscles can get false signals, because of that sceletal muscles contract with spasms. So blood can be pushed out of arteries for some time.
Actually I can confirm there are blood footprints in gta 5, whether they were added later or in the game at the point of making this video, they are existant.
