Hello friend Great video but i have one question, AEA CHALLENGER 357 with 82grains bullet weight put out 1240fps=280ft.lb=380jules?? It seems strange to me because i have watched all the videos on youtube with the AEA CHALLENGER 357, none of them come out with a weight 82grains 1240fps... Have you made any modification? I have also ayed the AEA CHALLENGER 357 as my next purchase, how many shots does it give you with full air? I have the SNOWPEAK M25 9Mmm and with the Benjamin nosler 145grains bullet it got 742.4fps=178.4ft.lb=241.9jules max!

Thanks for watching , I purchased my AEA big 9 from Alamo airgun and I don’t think they made any upgrade, they sold it as a new rifle, but I realized from first day it was a hot rifle and the shots per fill was not good at all , about 6 powerful shot @4300 psi , if you thinking about getting one the new AEA big9 comes with regulator and shots per fill on them is better but lower fps, watch central Valley air gunner TH-cam channel, they did a great velocity test on AEA challenger bullpup .357 w different slugs (regulated and non-regulated) that one has high FPS too , th-cam.com/video/7rEiNOM4Pig/w-d-xo.htmlsi=mdJX8zmJ_axvV7Z_
@@Leadheadsam This is exactly what happened to the M25 9mm.. I took out the reg. completely out of the chamber and filled with 250bar air, my first shot was 871fps=266jules MAX. with 145grains nosler bullets. I got only 5shots and wanted a refill, with my Huma air reg. gives me 16shots max and (8 of them strong). What you say about the AEA CHALLENGER 357 with reg. it is quite a bit weaker than what you have.. It only shoots 2mag. and a half. Anyway 35cal. Big bore air rifles are for hunting when 5 shots are enough! I live in Greece and i can't take it out anywhere, not even at a shooting range. 35cal. is prohibited in Greece only when i go to my village can i enjoy it, here in Athens where i live i throw in my own closed space at a distance of 10meters where i do a penetration test. @@airriflepower291 you are 100% correct , this rifle is for hunting and 6 shots is perfect , I would buy non regulated because the regulated one are slow and super heavy , compare to this one , unfortunately I sold mine because it was too much power and I don’t do hunting anymore , also my air pump wouldn’t fill more than 3600 psi , I had to use my hand pump to get it closer to 4300 psi, Thanks again god bless you and your family too 🙌🏻
@@Leadheadsam "RTI ARMS MORA 357" is a new big bore air rifle very powerful like the AEA CHALLENGER 357, lighter and with a very good autonomy! Check it out if you want. You fill 4.300psi with hand pump WOW😱, Me i get tired at 3.600psi😂.. Anyway you also have the beautiful TERMINATOR 30cal. which is very powerful with good autonomy, low weight and it is a excellent for hunting! I have one last question, how many millimeters is the steel sheet you hit? 2mm? Or 2.5mm?
16 GA is about 1.6 mm I did 4300 psi w hand pump 2 times in my life and I was tired for a week , most of the time I would just do 3600 psi with the air pump up and wouldn’t go higher but that gives me less shot per fill , the terminator .30 cal normally comes with 350cc front tank but I made this one 700 cc w 2 tanks , 1005 fps was the fastest that rifle ever shot but I normally get 998 to 1003 fps
