This happens on every platform and always has since the game released, not just Xbox.. in fact series X was the most stable platform for this game until roughly 2 updates ago, proven by the fact that the pro circuit was playing LAN tournaments on consoles for ages... in fact they might still be for all I know tbh

I do wish 343 needed nade spawn times. The explosions are fine now but with constant respawns nades can still be spammed and it’s pretty low skill ngl
