      Thank you so much. My gym is closed and these are the best ways I can replicate it. Bought a bag and found a neat spot in a parking area and I'm getting really good work in. 15 rounds no biggie 🥊

    I did this entire 15 rounds without a break in honor of my hometown contemporary legend, Marvelous Marvin Hagler. I too hail from Newark, NJ and we were the same age with some friends in common. He remains my favorite boxer of all time. RIP🥊🥊

      Hagler was a machine. Built like a tank, tough as a tank. Doesnt get tired, barely gets wobbled.

    I have been doing multiple "boxing home workouts" and my fitness has increased ten fold,...I have learnt footwork, head movement, tight guard, and different angles to throw the shots,.... fantastic trainer and motivator. My core strength and shoulder power is defined better than when I was teenager, I'm 48 now.
    Thanks for the motivation 🤜🤛💯

    Thanks for the heavy bag videos. I started with the 8 rounds, did the 12 rounds several times and just did the 15 round workout. Love it!

    I like this new angle of view, we feel your shots better and we see the technique better.
    I'll wait until I have mastered your 12-round videos before doing this one.

    I was honestly gonna call it after 4-5 on the bag, then was gonna quit at 10. "Just be present." was like Stallone changing his arm-wrestling grip and before I knew it, I successfully finished the longest session in a while. Awesome motivation, support and energy. Great video.

    First of all I want to thank you Jason for all the videos you made, they all very well explained I'm proud to say I made the 15 rounds yesterday night, I was about to fail but your encouragements give me the necessary strenght to persevere. Sometime it feel like not only a video...It feel like you are in my living room and coaching me and motivating me to not giving up and giving the best of myself. I'm doing a lot of heavy bag so the combinations sets, cardio endurance are perfect for me. I follow you since 2 years, from my opinion all your videos are by far the best I've found, again thanks again for all that works.
