我反對炒樓,炒樓風險係自己攞黎唔係你班P.k炒住宅,炒工厦廠房,炒寫字樓,炒商鋪香港樓價會貴到令不少中小型企業/商店成本大幅上升無法經營?或者中小型企業/商店唯有被迫加價間接做成通脹物價上升,中小型企業/商店因為加價而生意大減而無法經營,但最P.k係炒地香港特衰政府高地價政策係令到香港樓價會貴到非起原因。

有人話唔好炒樓,其實買樓長遠投資收租不等於炒樓。香港人過到去英國租樓住,啲樓係點來的?英國一樣有人買樓投資收租。Coco gor已經移民咗去英國算英國人,係英國投資,賺咗嘅用番係英國,冇問題喎,買樓要律師,報稅要搵會計師,之後又要維修,間接創造咗好多工作機會。同香港買黎做100呎劏房、未有辣招時炒高係咁不斷買賣,完全係兩回事。
