Before I said a word, she reminds me we have 5 little ones that I can't ignore and there's a reason i was medically retired. Anytime that people from all over the world come to help a country that shows that we as human beings can change the world. My wife was telling me there's an open call to arms, to whomever can help. My mind was reeling, once a soldier, always a soldier. Before I said a word, she reminds me we have 5 little ones that I can't ignore and there's a reason i was medically retired. Anytime that people from all over the world come to help a country that shows that we as human beings can change the world. I am 40 years old a combat Marine veteran and I never thought I would see anything like this but to see that even Americans are volunteering to stop this atrocity is amazing it doesn't matter that we all collectively have our own issues in our own countries but to stand aside and not do anything would be the greatest atrocity I'm humbled at the fact that the world could come together I fight for those who can't fight for themselves that is progress that I never thought I would witness in my lifetime and I am proud of that

True. What's even worse is that it's people fighting for democracy versus people who got lied to who now ended up in a war they don't want but have no option to participate in.
