As a kid, I would begin a match on this level and just stare out into the background before the match began in free camera mode. I loved hearing that beeping noise fade away as I moved the camera around. Staring at that giant red moon and all the other stars while the first 30 seconds of the music played. It really felt like I was in another world.
Dude- one of my first memories with this game was playing it in a computer room at school on Koos Galleon. In the middle of a frantic deathmatch on the upper deck I caught sight of the moon and just... stopped and stared. That moon, sitting above the calm, cobalt blue ocean. It was as serene and lonely as the Galleon itself- perhaps alone in this whole planet. It made me wonder how it got there, what this world was, how long it had been like this. Then I caught a flak cannon blast to the face.
I think red star you are talking is Phobos moon. If I was stand in that place where in top of the space ship and watch the space and moon Phobos it's beautiful and scary at same time
