I didn't know that was a thing either, on my original account it wasn't a thing. Not sure when they added it, but its only up to Lv 12.

And if u using different type of fishing it will give you different gift .Like this one his using just spinning and he get spinning tackle and lure .If i knew it before i want to do like him .Unlucky im level 18 and just got 30% of spinning .Cause im just using feeder and tele .I got new tele as a gift when leveling up cause im using tele to buy a feeder .
