    Ladies and gentlemen, I'm super excited to be showing you this Ron Fellows C8 Corvette Owners school footage! Clarence and I have an absolute blast! The instructors out here are so great and it was the best experience that I've ever had on the track

      That is a great video and track footage. I was there that week in the group on the West track. I like our track a bit better since it does not look like we were tossed around as much in the tight chicane section but you were getting some good driving in for sure. Was good to see you and Clarence in person at the lunch meetups. All the driving instruction was superb!

    Michael, I can relate to your expert “tongue action” on the north track at Rom Fellows! My video of myself at the NCM track revealed that driving with your mouth open makes it go faster, LOL. Enjoyed your sharing your Ron Fellows experience - it was absolutely THE most fun I’ve had behind the wheel. DO NO MISS IT, folks! The best lesson I learned was that there’s no way I’ll ever be able to exceed the performance of my Z51 HTC.

    Went in 2/18. Great instructors. Learned a lot about my 2017 C7 Z51 7 speed manual & how to drive it for safety & @ speed. Had a blast, recommend it for all new Corvette owners. You'll regret it if you don't go. Awesome experience! And the restaurants in Pahrump, NV aren't bad.

    Congrats on a great upload…..if this doesn’t get everyone with a new C8 to sign up for Ron Fellows, I don’t know what will. You really put your viewers in the driver’s seat. Having done the school several months ago, I found myself leaning back and forth in my seat while following the PDR’s view through the corners, braking, shifting and accelerating, all topped off with the “in-car” sounds of the engine and tires while you took us around the track. Just awesome, Mike, this really captured the experience!

      Thank you Larry, I’m so happy you enjoyed it! I did my best to make the experience feel like you were there. Again, thank you for all your support Larry! 👍😊👊

    I just got back too. I barely squeaked my class attendance inside the one year limit on the $1000 rate extended by Chevy to original buyer / owners of C8’s. You and Clarence each took delivery of your C8’s way more than one year ago. So you both paid full ticket for your classes? Wow, I am impressed.

    Good job driving Mike. I can tell you are a more aggressive driver than Clarence. You gave him space (per instructor), but then caught up with him it no time. Sure did look like alot of fun.

    I was out there in be 2015. The instructors used Camaros to lead with. It's amazing that they can see everything that you do right or wrong. When he took me for a ride he said this is only 75 percent of what this car is capable of. I learned a lot

    "I never knew I drove with my tongue out." LMAO! I still can't stop laughing!
    It's freakin amazing we're giving all our concentration and these instructors are watching you in the rear view mirror, keeping appropriate distance for you, and talking to you on the walkie talkie!

    Nice work again Mike! Great video as usual. I got goose bumps watching as it brought back memories of my two days their in late 2017 driving a manual C7 Z06! I learned so much about driving, safety, technique, and about my car.! It was an incredible experience and I agree they are a well oiled machine there. It was by far the most fun and mentally and physically exhausting two days of my life. I had a beer at the Vegas airport before my flight home after day 2 and almost missed my flight I was so tired 🤣🏎

    Mike, thanks for the video and content. I did the school in September ‘16 a month after I bought my Z06. Great time! Looking forward to going back when my C8 comes in. Great instructors and facilities. Very efficient operation there! The only part that wasn’t so great was that there were few great restaurants in Pahrump. You have the same facial expressions as Michael Jordan playing ball while you drive. 🤔😝😂. Those instructors can drive the crap out of those cars with seemingly no effort whatsoever! Glad you and Clarence had fun!

    • @BrinkofSpeed
      @BrinkofSpeed  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you Doug, it was a blast for sure! I would have loved to have driven my Z06 on that track! Yep, everything about that school is terrific! I can’t wait to go back!

    I was afraid you were going to bite your tongue going around the track! ;-)) My nephew went this year, 2 of my brothers and I will be going next year. I like having the pylons you have to aim for to cut the corners and listening to the instructors commentary as you go around the track. Excellent informative video.

    Well I'm back. OMG! Loved your intro. I've never been to Vegas, but boy, I'm putting it on my list.
    During your second controlled lap while following the instructor, I was wondering who was in the Rapid Blue C8? He was definitely slowing you down. Then you tell us it was Clarence. You needed a walkie-talkie where you could have yelled, "Move your butt slow pokey!" 🤣
    Next time you do this, I think you need to wear a mouth guard and/or bring a lot of Chapstick! 😉
    I also enjoyed when the instructor drove and took you out. It always amazes me how young these "kids" are. I had a similar experience while on the Museum's Motorsports track. They're all just kids, but boy can they drive.
    Last comment for now, I like how you broke down and explained how the school is run. I l like bite-sized descriptions and explanations. 👍 Save the Wave👋

      @BrinkofSpeed  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you Peter, I figured you would enjoy that. Vegas is definitely fun fun and beautiful.
      Lol yeah I was on his butt like white on rice! It was all in good fun though, we had a blast driving together.
      Yeah yeah yeah I know my tongue probably drove everyone crazy including myself when I saw it. I’m not used to wearing an open face helmet where you can see my tongue doing that. I always wear a full face helmet so that you can’t see that.
      Yes, he was outstanding and as you could see I could not keep the smile off of my face! I wished that he had gone faster though because it’s very difficult to scare me in a car especially if I know the driver is a pro!
      I tried to do my best so that everyone could completely understand exactly how the school works from start to finish. Just wait for part two to come out I think you’re really going to enjoy that one. Thank you for all your kind words and support as usual Peter, have a wonderful evening.

In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster.
