I really enjoyed this video!!! I recently bought this die set. Now I think I'm ready to make it. And listening to you talk makes your videos more enjoyable!!
Cute car card. I love you talking to us like we are right there with you. I use a washcloth soaked in cold water, wring it out, and put on my neck to cool me down. Keep on being the person you are and if some don't like it guess they can just not watch you. But they will be mising out on great things. Blesings.
I think people watch your videos specifically for your commentary! People watch people they like and trust. Sure there may be on occasional viewer who just watches for a specific product that they searched for and found your video, but I'm confident your regulars stay for YOU! Here's a pro tip for viewers - if you don't like it don't watch! You keep being you, Vianney! ❤
Hi Vianney! Don't change a thing! I like listening to you explain things and tell us stories of your life! Makes us feel like we're a small part of it. So don't pay attention to nay sayers! I made a regular shaped card and didn't use the easel die. I moved the car die just a bit above the folded edge of the paper so it stayed attached. The paper piecing was tedious and I didn't think it turned out as well as your cards do but my husband LOVED the birthday card! Thank you for ALL you do and the great instruction.
I love your chatter. It’s like we are sitting at a table in a craft room crafting together…sometimes I even talk back 😂. Love your car! I bought this to make Father’s Day cards for my brothers …I know they are going to go nuts over them because they go to classic car shows whenever they find them. Here in Florida I basically have the AC on year round. 🥵
You really nailed it! And you’re right - extra work! I have this, but haven’t used it yet. Definitely on the list for birthday cards for both of my brothers. Fussy cutting is an EVIL word in this house, but I may have to suck it up on this one. You won’t say it, so I will. The Karen commenters can move along to a boring channel with no chat, no crinkles, and no personality. Your loyal followers are here to love and learn. 😊 As for humidity, I’m in Ohio. Another evil word! I also live in an old farm house from the early 1800’s, and the upstairs is almost impossible to heat and cool. Of course, the craft room is upstairs. I’m a big fan of big fans blowing almost directly on me - and blowing paper everywhere. So much drama. Lol
Hey, I love your "random chat"...it's like a friend sitting across from me while crafting! 😊 Awesome job on the car! I thought for sure when Anna did the HSN preview I was going to order, but ended up passing on it and probably still will not purchase. I do have the train and made it as an easel card and did paper piecing. Thanks for this tutorial as it gives me an alternative way to do the train die, which I absolutely love. I also picked up the woodie wagon, but have not used yet...maybe as a summer card. By the way, I used shiny black and red cardstock on the train and just bought as single sheets from Joann's. I think the shiny black cardstock really enhances the card. Thanks again for the inspiration!
That was a wonderful tutorial. Thank you for making that video. It was so good I really really enjoyed watching. I kind of have to agree with Karrann F it’s like you’re in the room with me sitting across crafting together. I love the chitchat that you do great video. Thank you again for sharing.
That card stock is awesome. Just followed your link and was able to order one. The other was sold out. I’ll watch for it to come back in. Love the die. Your card is very manly. Thanks for sharing. Hugs
Hi Vi , I love watching your videos , I comment here and there . My reply to that young lady , “ your comment only further proved that I have great taste “
I have made these before, but I'm coming back to your video to get a little more polish to the end result. This is the kind of thing that I use as a resource for.....your input , and chats, help. One thing that I've found that I really like is the use of the Gentleman's paper for the background. It seems to add a lot to the background, and ....it's pretty strong. It adds shape to the card.
I love your chatty conversations! I’ve always felt that we are sitting together chatting and crafting together! Keep it up plz! Has your Queen of the Night bloomed yet? (Cutting I included with a project yr or so ago)
Thanks Vianney! I needed help figuring out how this car came together. I pieced a bit more than you, but I sure wish Anna would come out with dies for the bits and pieces.
I totally agree that I wish easel dies were both the same size. I passed on this one because of that. I love my woodie AG die but with it too as you said it requires "some extra work". I usually end up making it a shaped card instead of an easel (because of all the space it ends up showing on the easel)
I don't know if you read comments months later. I like watching you. It feels like we're right there with you and getting to know you. You can't please everyone. I know how it makes you feel but wonder what their channels would be like? Cold/boring? You do great work. I like to watch FunTimeCrafs247 Tammy. She is fun to learn from as well. You guys are my favorites.
Ohio humidity whew! The other day it was 76 and sunny. Should have been a beautiful day. But no, not in Ohio. It's miserable bcuz the humidity was already so humid in May! 😒 I had to give in and turn on the AC. It really irks me that I needed the AC yo lower the temp 4 degrees to get that crappy humidity out of the air in May 😕 we need some warm low humidity clear days before spring ends 😅 OOoooooo ok the next 4 days are going to be around 45% humidity. Yay 😁 that'll be nice. That's a really great card and honestly it wasn't that much extra work 😆 whoever makes the samples for AG has wicked good fussy cutting skills!! For me, I'm so used to paper piecing, I'll just run the car thru 3-4 colors or pattern. I do it so often it's part of the routine 😂 oh man I need to use my cartouche folders. They're still really cool. I want to make some sentiments stacked similar to the hearts we made in the valentine swap 🤩
Those people don’t know what they are missing. I love your chatter about all things!
I like the way you do your videos. You give other options and ideas. Thanks for time you give doing the videos.
I love the way you do your videos! Always enjoy your insight.
I so enjoy your videos! Keep up the good work and the wonderful chitchat. I love that you’re honest and authentic. I really appreciate you.
Thank you so much, Joy! I truly appreciate your kind words and support. (:

Stay true to yourself. We love you just the way you are..REAL! Great job done👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I hear you! 🥵 Humidity in Ohio ruins the weather 😒
That turned out beautifully!
You don't need to change a thing about how you do your videos!

I would love accent dies, too! TYSM, happy to help...I'll bet your cards are amazing!

Love your car.
Love the video.
Where can I find the shiny paper on the classic car?
In the description box. TYSM!!
I love your videos, always look for them Janet Hockenberry
Thank you so much!!!
What is the name of the glue you use? With the needle you put inside then the screw on lid so it doesn't dry out.
It's a new glue from Diamond Press, here is the video where I reviewed it: th-cam.com/video/v4tBAqQvwEI/w-d-xo.html
I think I’m just going make a card and not as an easel card. That shall work don’t you think that would work.
