Turned out so cute, glad you're happy with these impression dies, I remember how disappointed you were with the first ones. Thanks for sharing and have a blessed day.
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I purchased the impression dies and the gift tag I will get in my Create boxes. I have never tried inking the impression dies. These look great compared to the other review you did on them. I also grabbed the Baubles. I can't wait to try them out now. Thanks again. Great review!
Hi Vianney....Like you, I had difficulties with those impression dies the first time I bought them, and I sent mine back. Now I'm excited to try these Christmas Icon ones and have ordered them using your link.....I hope I get the same results you did this time.....going to try exactly what you did with the brayer.....GREAT demo....I bought the tag die on Craft Day, so I'm excited to recreate your tag.
I’m incredibly lucky… I was gifted the AG Create event so this will be the first one I’ve attended. My friend is determined to convert me to a AG crafter, lol. I ordered a few AG items on craft day but I don’t use them the way she shows with dozens (it seems) of embellishments on one card. It’s so funny you mentioned the nutcracker because I loved that piece too so I purchased the set. I’m so glad you were getting good results, it makes my day! 😂 I wonder how the Santa would look on red paper with white ink?
Never thought much about the impression dies but they are gorgeous! Really like the monochromatic look on that tag! Again the embossing folder makes a lot of difference! TYSM! Blessings!
So funny. I had same reaction as you did with the first set of impression dies that worked. For me that was the valentine's ones. I so wanted to love them when they first came out but I agree that they needed work. I'm glad they seem to have fixed the issues. I loved your monochromatic gift tag! I usually only buy AG but just went to buy the diamond press folders so I can make your gift tag. Thanks for the inspiration.
I love seeing you create and find those nice surprises. I may give those dies a chance now that I see them inking better. 😊 your tag turned out beautiful! You are so fun and a joy to learn from! 🫶🏼
So I wonder if you had better results with water based dye ink 🤔 it seems like you used the same ink for the DP impression dies too. These are really 🥰 I forgot about craft day and I'm bummed I missed the AG Woody die, but I imagine she'll have it on her site or whatever
Love those dies Vianney. I ordered them, just waiting for them to arrive. I like the impression dies on the foil paper. They come out beautiful. Haven't tried them yet with ink. But these came out great. Need to catch up on your videos since our cooler weather is upon us up here in the North country of NY. Be well, be safe & TYFS
The impression dies have been so frustrating with ink, but this set...I am just so happy with it! I may even try again with some of the other sets I more recently picked up! Fingers crossed! Have fun with yours. (:
Great Haul & GORG Tag! Yes, CREATE use to be in person, then COVID happen. I got the Woodie Wagon and a lot of other items. My Auto-Ship Neoclassic Concentric Frame dies are finally in “Packaging” status (was in Extended Delivery), so hopefully I’ll receive soon.
I have purchased the impression dies from AG before but did not use them with the ink..reviews were terrible. I have the diamond press inks....maybe they will be more successful. Also bought the tag die. Very useful. Thanks Vianney.
Hey there Vianney… Love these dies and the great job you did! Was wondering if pigment ink would wash off of these dies easily or should they only be used with water based ink. In general, how do they clean up with either type of ink.
In my experience, the water based pigment ink doesn't rinse off easily. I rinsed mine under water and I noticed color in the crevices. I ran it through to see what happens and it transferred color still 😂. I also tried some with versafine clair which has oil in the formula and I expected it from that. But they're made to hold on to the ink and they do. I had to scrub them to get it all off for both inks. I bought a cheap toothbrush to clean them with mild soap or stamp cleaner to make it easy 😉
Any other opinions as to which type of ink would be best to use with these dies? I would like to use an ink that washes off the dyes easily and won’t ruin the coating on the dies.
Can any of you tell me what plate sandwich you use for Anna dies if you don't have an empress? I mostly use a big shot and just cannot seem to get a good embossed image.
So happy that the Impression dies worked wonderfully. I liked seeing the tag set in action and the notched corners at the tag top is very pleasing.
You make me giggle, because you say your thoughts out loud. So like me. So funny. Be kind to one another. Happy Holidays. Love to all

Love the way those dies took the ink, especially the nutcracker, love the tag.
Right? Just lovely! TYSM, Barbara, I hope you are doing well today!
@@VianneyCreates Doing good at the present time. Thank you

Lol Vianney, I hum a lot when I’m crafting too 😂 I find that it’s usually the Jeopardy theme song (tune). It’s a beautiful quirky thing 😊❤
Oooooo. I like those stamp/dies. Thanks for sharing 💕

Love your videos!

TY!
I think Anna said the pocket for the tag die was if you wanted to add a gift card?
For sure!! I was just hoping I could use it as a pocket pocket. LOL!! TYSM!

I wonder how black ink on the gold paper with the little nutcracker
Cute cute but I can’t find AG ornament dies on HSN . ☹️
My friend, you know I have everything linked in the description box. However, that ornament set sold out!

I just order the create 8 box. I got the HSN card and order it
