Great video now I can fix mine ... I had some gronk try and break into mine and they bent the pillar trim up

I'll see what I can do. To remove it you need to take the mirror mount off which is bolted in behind the door card

Do you replace the back trim panel same way? Remove the rubber panel its seems hard to do. Is there a video you can share

The door cards need to come off first and then I believe there are 2 or 3 T30 torx screws holding it on

Have you removed the window moulding on the Macan? For swapping with other finish
Yes, you have to be very careful when removing the trim as it's very very easily bent when temoving

No there are 3 T25 screws that hold them in place

It was silicon spray, helps the window seal move around easily when re installng

Much more involved, have to take the rear window out the seal and the upper and lower window trims
