All of those groups were popular during their times. Of course it’s not going to be popular now because new songs and groups are coming out & these groups MVs won’t have high views because streaming wasn’t as important back then
on the bright side, as long as new people are getting into kpop, there will always be those willing to check out older songs. i got into kpop in 2012 but grew to love older songs from artists like shinhwa, seotaiji, lee jung hyun and baby v.o.x. and nowadays the b-sides to 2nd gen songs are more accessible than ever.
Lee Joon was the reason I got into Kpop, I saw him and Rain in Ninja Assassin and then I found MBLAQ and I've been a KPOP fangirl ever since and it has really changed my life I plan on going to Korea after I graduate college and teaching english. I am really grateful to God that I found out about Korea because it has seriously changed my life. I am SO sad that Lee Joon is leaving MBLAQ but I respect his decision and I will always be grateful that I watched that movie and Lee Joon caught my attention because my life would be so different right now if I had not been introduced into this world of Korea. So thank you Lee Joon, Fighting on everything you do in the future and best of luck in acting :) Mblaq Fighting! A+ Fighting!

i saw MBLAQ perform live in Australia and let me tell you - when they announced that the next song they were going to sing was 'smoky girl' every single person in the stadium lost it. Everyone screamed and yelled and i got damn goosebumps from the announcement itself - its a moment i will never forget ahahah love this song so much

So when he decided to leave MBLAQ, he waited until his contract ended and left with no problem so he could focus on what he really wants to do "Acting". As for Thunder, I really don't know exactly why he left but he had always wanted to go solo and to do a solo album, I remember in an episode of " MBLAQ idol manager" he had been asked to choose between 1. Delaying MBLAQ's comeback a little and having an acting debut 2. Refusing the role and just prepare for the group's comeback. He chose the first one showing ambitious to do something for himself. It was always obvious that he wanted to do something by himself, not that he hated being with MBLAQ, no, he just had a dream. When Thunder left he said he wanted to go solo and focus on studying music and now he is doing so.
Sukkie MBLAQ They were my ultimate group and my bias of the group were Lee joon and when I heard that he left believe me or not but I've cried so much really and I was so sad and then I found out that thunder left I was devastated 😔 it was difficult to return into kpop world knowing that my ultimate band wasn't the same no more
I wish more Kpop songs have this RnB, Neyo, kinda feel to it. Seriously if the producers are running out of ideas for songs, RnB and Soul genre should definitely be explored more.

It’s definitely been years since I’ve heard this song. This song popped up in my head while I was at work this week and man, the feels of being obsessed with kpop came back. I had the butterflies in my stomach watching this. Definitely made me feel like I was back in 9th grade
