I think everyone who is into kpop for a longer time knows how I feel. (or you will get this feeling soon) Sometimes I just want to watch the MVs that came out years ago and I don't feel like listening to the new songs. While there are also moments when I forget a little bit about the songs that were released a few years ago. Right now, I have this desire again to watch every kpop MV that made me get into kpop more and more. And here I am, watching Teen Tops Miss Right while singing along. It feels like The time I listened to this song the first time. It won't get out of my head again. I guess this song will never get old for me. This song was great a few years ago and it still is!

I know all 2nd Gen Kpop lovers like me will understand when I say, "THIS IS THE KPOP THAT GOT US IN LOVING KPOP AS A WHOLE." Miss this era, when all Kpop fanbase help one another for Kpop to be known.
exactly I miss when kpop felt different from my culture. I dont think kpop companies realise that interest in KPOP has already slowed down because we like the difference we dont need what music and style we see in the west

When Kpop used to be the only place where fun weird looks and sounds mixed to deliver songs that never dies , the new ones might be more vocally challenging with great concepts deep lyrics but with no print , the songs 2nd generation produced that time only belonged to kpop nothing else , that was its special flavor , now it just sells what the market finds modern Long live this greatness that will always sound as refreshing as it did the year it was released in
They are having fun, this is not in new kpop songs and that's why it's so different. This kpop is the kpop we loved and adored so much, this is the epic type of music that never dies. ❤
And kpop songs these days also tend to heavily rely on hip hop beats, powerful sound because most groups’ strength is in dancing.. Contrary to the previous era of kpop, every group more or less have distinctive vibe and sound they produce so I didn’t get bored that often. Lyrics were also original and not some nonsense like today’s kpop in which english phrases/words are often misused. 🙄🙄🤦🏻♀️

And people saying BLACKPINK and BTS don’t deserve it, why do you think they got to the top in the first place? They worked their way up with talent and hard work. You can dislike their music but there’s no reason to hate them or say rude things about them. During older Kpop times, more and different groups gained recognition.
