I like a good Haunt movie, this is one of my October must watch movies. I like it, but Hell House LLC is my jam. The 4th installment of Hell House LLC comes out on Shudder on the 30th and I'm looking forward to it.
This movie had so much potential. I remember being hyped about it and excited. And then I saw it and I was like…really bro? Nice pick. Always surprising me with the Indy picks, while all other channels are doing their typical mainstream horror watches this month.
I love HHN, it was very busy this year with Stranger Things 4 and TLOU being at the event. I usually do 2 night, 1 with express and 1 without. I got 6 houses done when I used express and I arrived a little after 7, but I'm one that doesn't try get all houses done in 1 night. I like to enjoy the atmosphere, scarezones, music, food..take time to enjoy the event as a whole. Next year I'm aiming for 3-4 nights.
Im still waiting for 2 in particular. Resolution 2012 that should be watched before watching The Endless 2017 as those 2 are closely connected. Dosnt say the Endless is a sequel or that they do have one but I was pretty mindblown when I realized said connection. Highly recommend! also totally waiting for you to watch The void, Dog soldiers, Ginger snaps & Creep 2004 (not the "werewolf" killer cop movie!) Truly hope I get to watch you watch em soon! 😄 Hope you have a good week!

Any readers please skip if a long comment isn’t ur thing 🩷 Mckamey manor wasn’t real like the dude is off, it’s been legally investigated. There’s a TH-camr that exposed them, and many sad testimonies of those who went. It was basically torture no haunt. You also couldn’t win, the owner made it that way. He had a fetish for the crap so yea to put it simply. But there are other more credible haunts you get touched at. There’s one at the Philly penitentiary, NY, etc. and u just sign a waiver. There’s one that like makes you go alone, one that challenges the senses called blackout now that one I hear is very very hard to get thru, since it’s so scary to not have all the senses while going thru ….ALONE. I’ve been to netherworld since I was 7….it was so scary as a kid (in GA). It’s on the travel channel as a good haunt, and man that going to the bathroom and getting scared is real. They’d hide by the porter-potties and scare you when you come out. The parking lot was in the area you wait, so they’ll scare you there too (not if ur behind the wheel ofc). It’s so fun. There’s also one on DE, and it’s scary yea but the scarier part is it’s actually haunted by slaves and the family that milled themselves the same way there. Many think the slaves revolted as the quarters that burnt down, are where the hayride goes. And my family experienced to incidents after going that made us never go back. We are also not the only family, like what happened to us is the same account with everyone else who got genuinely haunted by something else once they left the property. Also the Underground Railroad ran under the property ….creepy stuff 💀. Also there has been real bones found in haunts. I can name a case, but in the 2010s many haunts were being called out and investigated because of what was mentioned. In fact I believe a few actors who had literal criminal backgrounds very foul, were arrested.
McKamey Manor is a controversial and extreme haunted attraction in Summertown, Tennessee. I avoided watching their videos stretching to 5 hours of torture. They have super fans who do these torture simulations multiple times. I also read something about the contract being a bit for a laugh but I mean it checks out bc they make these torture victims read the whole thing as a part of their torture experience.
I have always wanted to work at a haunted house until I saw this documentary on Netflix and this lady said someone body slammed her and now she has back issues. I have not heard of Woods of Terror. I have been to Panic Point and Clayton Fear Farms which aren’t too bad if you’re from the area and looking for something local. Not even going to lie, a part of me wanted to go to the extreme haunted house that requires a waiver... but now I see that I was severely trippin’ 😂

Clowns are not scary, they’re f’n irritating. I directed a haunted house and I had a pregnant friend be the sacrifice in the middle of the cemetery. She went into labor but wanted to stay. Those were some real screams til I could get a substitute in. She named the baby after me. The only other great thing was I was otherwise “engaged” in oral. What a trip!
HORROR AT HINCHING BROOK HOUSE. In the UK Rated the best extreme scare maze in Europe. Iv been few times. They touch u. Jump scare. Chase u with chainsaws. Set in a huge gothic house. And outside in the woods. Its fantastic.
