Very much helpful content, just came to your channel reached till 8th video. Will over all the others video till tomorrow. Thank you for this valuable content Di ❤
Hi madam, In the second question, it is mentioned ..."will best enable Rakesh to decide on the offer"? How can we imply that decide here means accepting the new job offer? Can't Rakesh decide to reject the offer as well after considering various aspects?
Also mam the option in the second question that the senior level officers were confined to desk for almost a decade it does show job security but it also shows the monotonous nature of the job which was a reason why Rakesh was not happy with his previous company. The same thing is happening here as well. The job is remaining monotonous after a decade. So how can he select this option to decide to accept the offer?
Menaka here our purpose is not to apply our own set of logic and ethics to the case....rather think and understand why these folks considered it to be correct. Understanding this trend will only help us to fetch marks! Here we should avoid creativity...unfortunately!! 😃😃
Ma'am in question 1 he can consider 5th fact because there is a risk associated with job security at the same time he has opportunity to earn more. As in SPCIL he was having job security.
Hi, in the first question, it is mentiomed that job security is important for him. Even if he is a good performer, it doesn't mean that the policy willl not apply to him in case things go south right? And in option 2, it says that only the first project is near dhanbad . Since its a multinational org, the next project could ne anywhere in the world or at least within the country, could anybody help me with this doubt?
Hi Priyasha in question1 you have highlighted that Rakesh is a good performer in his company but nowhere in the passage, it is mentioned. Rather it is mentioned in the option only. Please clarify how you inferred he is a good performer?
That's the thinking mindset of many. Even I thought this way earlier that we need to figure out good and bad both. But to reduce the time taken to solve such questions and to solve them accurately..it is necessary to search for the options which support the decision. Until and unless specifically mentioned that which of the following options will be harmful or bad for the decision taker. This is a trick to simplify such questions. Hope it helps.
Mam I had one doubt. In passage its not mentioned that Rakesh was a good performer or something like that. Its just mentioned about the job security ,work life balance and all that. So how did we decide on/assume that he is a good performer?
Hi ma'am, I had a doubt in the 1st part of the question discussed above in the video where the answer stands at 5,4,2 instead of 2,4,5 which you discussed to be the most logical order. So, is that option correct? I could not get this. 🙂

Hi madam,

Maybe...but 3 are options are against and 1 is supporting. I guess thats how.

Same question I've to ask.
How can taking a decision mean always wanting to take it. Do not think this works. Please elaborate !!
